Leider nicht das, was wir für den Preis erwartet haben
Pros:

Das Hotel verfügt über eine schöne, gepflegte Anlage mit viel Grün. Unser Zimmer war zwar eher klein, aber stets sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine grosse Auswahl.

Cons:

Der grösste Kritikpunkt war der private Strandabschnitt. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden sehr viele Algen angeschwemmt, diese wurden jedoch über mehrere Tage nicht entfernt. Auch rund um die Liegen befanden sich Verschmutzungen und Beläge im Sand, die ebenfalls nicht gereinigt wurden. Dadurch wirkte der Strand ungepflegt und wir haben uns dort nicht wohlgefühlt. Da wir wegen des Strandes nach Sardinien gereist sind, war das für uns besonders enttäuschend. Auch die Strandbar könnte einladender gestaltet sein.

Das Personal empfanden wir insgesamt leider nicht als besonders zuvorkommend. An einem Morgen mussten wir wegen einer gebuchten Bootstour vor der regulären Frühstückszeit los geheb. Obwohl das Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen war, wurde uns lediglich gegen Aufpreis eine kleine Verpflegung angeboten. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass Gäste in solchen Ausnahmefällen etwas früher frühstücken dürfen.

Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war das WLAN. Auf dem Zimmer und teilweise auch im Restaurant war die Verbindung sehr schlecht. Am Pool funktionierte das Internet hingegen zuverlässig.

Wunderschön, schöner Stand und Anlage. Viele italienische Gäste was wir positiv empfanden
Pros:

Super schöne Anlage, tolles aufmerksames sehr gutes und hilfreiches Personal. Das Essen ist auf die Vielzahl italienischen Gäste ausgerichtet. Das Mittagessen war super. Tipp: Vollpension buchen sonst kostet dieses täglich rund 60 € p.P. ohne Getränke! Das jedes Zimmer eine eigene separat steuerbare Klimaanlage hat. Das Klima-Splitgerät teilen sich aber mehrere Zimmer. Hat der Nachbar die Klimaanlage nachts auf Volllast hört man dieses im Zimmer

Cons:

Das die Restaurants alle nicht wirklich klimatisiert waren.
Das aktuell am Pool nebenan ein Anwesen gebaut wird. D.h. Baggerlärm. Es dauert noch etwas. Deren Außenanlage muss auch noch angelegt werden.

Die Betten sind unbequem. Ich verstehe es nicht, warum es nur wenige Hotels hinbekommen, bequeme z.B. Boxspringbetten, zu haben. Bei gehobenen Preis sollte dieses eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein.

Viele Kinder unter 5 Jahren, was uns bei der Preisklasse schon überrascht hat.

Pros:

Всичко беше прекрасно! Тишина, спокойствие и уют! Чистота на ниво, усмихнат и дружелюбен персонал, а градините в комплекса бяха невероятно красиви и поддържани! Бихме се върнали цялата компания от 8 приятелки, прекарахме си страхотно!

Cons:

Единствено бих препоръчала да се сложат комарници на прозорците и вратите към градина, защото има доста гущери навсякъде.

Erholsamer Strandurlaub in schöner Lage
Pros:

Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal, man hat das Gefühl, die MitarbeiterInnen arbeiten gerne im Resort.
Das Frühstücksbüffet hatte alles was das Herz begehrt .
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die schöne Gartenanlage mit den vielen bunten Blumen und Blüten und hunderten Schmetterlingen.

Cons:

Die Standardzimmer sind sehr sauber, aber nicht besonders geräumig. Wir würden das nächste Mal eine andere Kategorie buchen, mit einem etwas größerem Zimmer.

Sehr entspannter Urlaub. Tolles Resort.
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich vor allem in der Küche und Service. Ich habe Zöliakie + Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten und habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

A dream from beginning to end.
Pros:
