Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Mostly positive comments about cleanliness and 'rooms clean', but isolated reports of dirty carpets and general maintenance issues lower the score.
Service
8.5
Several guests praised the service ('O atendimento foi muito bom', 'Exellent service', 'nice staff'), but one strong negative report about no receptionist and poor hospitality reduces consistency; overall service is generally good.
Location
8
Standard quality for this hotel tier (not explicitly mentioned in reviews).
Room Quality
7.5
Mixed room feedback: multiple mentions of clean, comfortable rooms and good design for short stays, but at least one report of an uncomfortable bed (room 208) and some signs of aging reduce the rating.
Amenities
7.5
Positive mention of a swimming pool area but negatives such as missing bar fridge and general aging/maintenance needs moderate the score.
Value for Money
8
Standard quality for this hotel tier (not explicitly mentioned in reviews).
Food and Beverage
7
Breakfast received mixed feedback: some guests praised it as great, while others noted limited variety; overall slightly below target.
Overall Experience
10
Overall impressions are strongly positive across many reviews ('comfortable hotel', 'Excelente', 'Best stay safe and comfortable', 'Perfect short stay stop over', 'great stay'), so despite some specific negatives the general guest experience trends highly positive.
