It was ok for a one night stay but given a choice I would not stay at another Tru again.
Pros:

It was convenient to shopping, restaurants. It was easy to reach located near the interstate so access was simple. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast bar was pretty good.

Cons:

I’m used to staying in a Hilton or a Hilton Garden Inn. The room at Tru felt very cramped compared to the others. It felt “cheep” to me.

Pros:

Check in clerk was fantastic!! 11:30 pm on Friday, 1/23

Cons:

Entry door was a little difficult to find. Breakfast would have been better if there was a 2nd egg choice. Omelet had peppers and I don't care for those but that was my only choice.
Shower could have used some mold and mildew cleaner in the corners on the floor.

Quality didn’t meet my expectations
Pros:

Clean and quiet

Cons:

Could not turn off the blower on the ac/wall unit. It ran continuously with a wall sign indicating it could not be disabled. After I asked why WiFi was not working, I was told my booking.com payment was declined. Why wasn’t I told at check-in? I had several interactions with staff before they told me and I realized that booking.com had an old, canceled credit card from 6+ months ago.. it took me over 1 hour with booking to straighten out just as I was trying to go to sleep. I should have been informed immediately upon check-in.

Close to our granddaughter’s apartment. Clean easily accessible
