Pros:

Employees were friendly and helpful for the issues we had

Cons:

Very small rooms, blood on the sheets, had to move rooms, issues with booking.com not paying the right amount to the hotel

The staff were very friendly. Facility was easy to locate with lots of nearby dining options. The room was clean.

Cons:

Our room was quite small and the bed felt like a thin mattress topper on a board. WiFi is slow.

Pros:

Not a whole lot.

Cons:

Walls were thin, was woken up at about 9pm to the people in the room next to us arguing. Went to the front desk and advised the employee, nothing was done.The beds were super thin and extremely worn out. The breakfast bar was sparse and not very welcoming. Really expensive for a one nite stay.

Tru location met high expectations
Pros:

We try to stay at a Tru when it is an available option. The bed is always cozy, and the breakfast is always great. This visit was no different.
