Pros:

The location is great, the rooms are spacious and very clean. We slept very well all the days we where there. While there is no breakfast at the property but you can buy breakfast at a 7/11 right opposite

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait, situé à proximité des lieux principaux et de transports mais assez au calme pour profiter de l’authenticité de Kyoto. Il y a un espace boisson gratuite excellent… et juste à côté de bons restaurants et d’un 7Eleven !
Le personnel est super gentils.
Je reviendrai !!!

Pros:

Absolutely amazing accommodation. Clean, nice rooms, friendly staff. And most importantly, absolutely perfect location in Kyoto. Walking distance from Kyoto station, 3 minutes to Shichijo station from where you can get to Gion, Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu-Dera, Heian-jingū Shrine, Mt. Kurama, Osaka-Yodoyabasi and other temples.Thanks to the proximity of these two stations, you can easily get to almost anywhere in Kyoto and for trips to other cities.
