The perfect place for an excellent stay

Pros:

Habitación y baño amplios para la media en Japón. Ubicación muy buena, cerca de la estación de Kyoto y cerca de una parada de tren que utilizamos bastante para movernos por allí. Pudimos dejar el equipaje antes del checkin y también tienen servicio de envío al siguiente destino. En el mismo hotel tienen lavadoras y secadoras, muy cómodo.
Así que en general todo muy bien!! Estuvimos muy a gusto

Cons:

Únicamente que las ventanas no se puedan abrir algo más para ventilar un poco más. Aunque ya leímos que es por un tema de seguridad.

Estadia muito simpática.
Pros:

Bem localizado, confortável; ofertas simpáticas, bebidas quentes e frias todo o dia, à discrição. Lavandaria com máquina de secar. Bem servido de transportes públicos. A poucos minitos da estação ferroviária e central de autocarros de Quioto. Restaurantes, kombini e demais comércio no bairro. Excelentes templos, santuários e museus nas proximidades. Pessoal simpático e facilitador.

Cons:

Não tenho reclamações a fazer.

Parfait
Pros:

Très bien situé avec un bain public à 5 minutes de marche et un konbini juste en face. La gare de Kyoto était à 10 minutes et il y avait même un arrêt de bus proche.

Le confort était très bon avec pas mal de petites installations comme une machine à boisson gratuite dans le lounge très agréable.

Wollten aufgrund von Lärmproblemen das Zimmer wechseln, war problemlos möglich.

Cons:

Double Room gebucht. Alle double Rooms haben das Fenster zur vielbefahrenen Straße. Leider nicht gut isoliert, sodass man die ganze Nacht Autolärm hört.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Straßenlärm akzeptabel, sofern die Gäste leise sind.
Pros:

Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut, da sehr nah am Bahnhof, Bushaltestellen und ebenso zu touristischen Attraktionen (Kiyomizu-dera, Sanjusangen-do,...). Allerdings liegt das Hotel direkt an einer gut frequentierten Straße, was den Lärmpegel natürlich recht hoch hält.
Kostenfreie Getränke in der Lobby. Sehr bequeme Betten und die Fenster lassen sich ebenfalls öffnen (was leider nicht in jedem Hotel der Fall ist).
Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat versucht jede Anfrage umzusetzen.

Cons:

Der Straßenlärm, was man sich bei der Lage aber vorher leider schon denken konnte.
Einige Hotelgäste waren leider sehr rücksichtslos und haben laut über den Flur gerufen, gegen Türen getreten (da Klopfen wohl nicht funktioniert?), oder haben die ganze Nacht ihr Gepäck durch das Zimmer geschmissen, oder die Möbelumgeräumt (zumindest klang es dem Lärm nach so).
Für die Rücksichtslosigkeit der Gäste kann das Hotel aber nicht wirklich etwas.
