Zimmer gross, gute Aufteilung, sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, umweltbewust. Hatten Getränkeautomaten zur freien Verfügung in der Lobby. Lage war gut aber nicht im Touristentrubel. Es gibt Möglichkeit, Gepäck zu verschicken.

Albergo comodo per la metro, abbastanza vicino alla stazione. Non è l albergo più comodo per muoversi per tutta Kyoto, ma ha un ottima posizione e un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale molto disponibile.
All'ingresso vi è un ampia zona comune con macchinette gratuite con varie bibite e caffè/thè nonché forno a microonde e dispenser acqua calda, così si può mangiare qualcosa da asporto o prese nei combini.
La nostra stanza era pulita e ben tenuta, forse un pochino piccola considerando il nostro passeggino. Stanza con una bella vista, in una zona silenziosa. Forse un po' troppo semplice,ma non mancava nulla.

Cons:

Unica pecca la zona lavanderia dovrebbe essere più grande, ci sono solo due asciugatrici e due lavatrici da 4 kg. Avrei dovute farne 4 per lavare tutta la nostra roba.

Les chambres sont très petites. Presque plus aucune place pour mettre les valises pour une chambre avec des lits jumeaux

Hay un recepcionista que habla español, nos vino super bien porque tuvimos un problema con una maleta desde el aeropuerto y tuvimos que gestionar eso con ellos.
Todo el personal nos trató super bien, dejaban agua todo los días y muy bien ubicado para ir con bus o tren.
