Excellent place
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious enough and the staff were always very attentive. They provided us with a crib and a humidifier. There is a room downstairs with drinks and tables for eating. The washers and dryers are new and work very well. The location is excellent, just 10 minutes from the train station and 3 minutes from the Keihan line.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

Very agreeable!
Pros:

It is close to the station, very quiet and cozy.
Lots of services: free soft drinks, water bottles, amenities, pajamas, etc.
Room was OK for 3 people, maybe a little small, but with three comfortable beds.
They also keep your luggage before the check-in.
Doing laundry was also very smooth.

Pros:

Such a primo spot, as mentioned already you can’t beat the location. 2-3 minute walk from Shichijo station, 10 minute walk to Kyoto Station, and if you’re up for it a 20 minute walk to the Gion district. Rooms were comfortable, tad small but nothing you can’t make work - we had 3 suitcases and 2 carry ons and could fit it all in. The free drinks on the ground floor were honestly such a life saver especially when it started snowing randomly, and the 7-11 directly across the road is close enough to send your partner down to fetch you a midnight snack.

To end hands down staff were absolutely lovely, so helpful and kind. Gave us a hand with everything from luggage forwarding, to where to eat.

Cons:

Only minor thing was that the room got quite a bit of condensation, but nothing that was unbearable really. And this isn’t so much a con but more so a heads up to be aware of the accommodation tax when you check in. I had no clue about it, but was no big deal.

Great location and comfortable room.
Pros:

This is my second stay at this hotel.
I love the location near Kyoto Station.
It is also very convenient for traveling to Osaka and from Osaka.
The room is relatively spacious for Japan, which is a big plus. There is also a refrigerator, kettle, and luggage forwarding service.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
