Cons:

In the evening, there was no enough water for shower. It came very little and just hot water. In the swimming pool, there was no water to take a shower.

Short and sweet
Pros:

It was a nice pit stop to rest before heading to the Alay mountains which is 4 hours away and also when I got back from there. The bed and pillows were amazing!

I got 2 massages and they were just amazing!

Cons:

Only comments I have was that the ac in the room wasn’t great and when I ordered food it took an hour to arrive

Pros:

large buffet breakfast offering

Cons:

staff were unhelpful - claimed to have no record of our booking (despite receiving email confirmation directly from the hotel). staff also seemed unaware of hotel facilities. dinner took nearly an hour to be made.

Pros:

The room looked lovely and the staff really tried to make our stay comfortable. We had an excellent massage 💆‍♀️ and very nice meals.

Cons:

There were a lot of problems with the bathroom initially- they tried to fix it asap. The Spa is a little too clinical for our liking, but especially the showers didn't work outside. So people went straight from the sauna into the pool :(

If you want to get a lot of positive impressions from Osh, you should arrange accommodation at the Jannat Resort Hotel - beautiful architectural solutions, spacious and cozy rooms, beautiful views from the windows, very clean, polite staff, wonderful breakfasts, the restaurant staff fulfills any gastronomic desires. The stay at the hotel is very comfortable! Thank you very much!

Pros:

This was our first visit to Osh. The hotel is very good, good 5-star quality, everything in it looked like new. Attentive and courteous staff. Delicious breakfast, for every taste: fresh berries, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, sausages, porridge, delicious coffee, various pastries. The room is clean, comfortable, spacious enough, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Wi-Fi was fine with all the needs. The TV was showing several of our channels. Kettle in the room, bottles of water for free. The bathroom is clean and shiny, without complaints. A very good swimming pool with a comfortable water temperature, and a gym. The housekeeping did not bother with an early knock, everything was decent and of high quality.

Additional temporary security measures at the hotel (frame, inspection of all visitors at the entrance). The hotel is located not in the very center, but very close to the center, in a very clean and decent area. The attitude towards us was very friendly from all sides. There were no negative aspects during our stay. As for the price, it is, of course, very decent, at the level of European hotels. Airport transfers are cheap too.
