Avoid this place, you can get much better for half the price at other local hotels.

It had a pool

Cons:

Someone came into my room using their card for a different room. The aircon was locked at 19 degrees minimum, the TV didn’t work, the room service got my order wrong and served me a burger with obvious mold on the top of the bun, the breakfast was terribly low quality, I had much better at another hotel in the city that was half the price. The staff did try to make it right but the manager, who did speak English, wouldn’t apologise to me directly even though he was standing right in front of me. They did give me 50% off my stay, but calling this a 5 star hotel is ridiculous. I booked it because booking.com rated it highly but it was a stressful, disappointing, and regrettable stay.

Худший «5-звёздочный» отель, в котором мы останавливались.

Пять звёзд здесь существуют, похоже, только на вывеске. Красивое здание, хороший номер и вид на гору— единственное, что соответствует фотографиям и ожиданиям.

Сервис — просто катастрофа. Персонал непрофессиональный, элементарные просьбы приходится объяснять по несколько раз, и даже после этого тебя не понимают. Попросить салат с курицей, чтобы курица была тёплой, а не холодной, оказалось практически невыполнимой задачей.

Электричество постоянно отключается. Интернет работает ужасно и нестабильно. И всё это в отеле, который заявляет 5 звёзд и соответствующий уровень обслуживания.

Создаётся ощущение, что деньги вложили в красивое здание и интерьер, а про сервис, обучение персонала и нормальную инфраструктуру просто забыли.

Это не пятизвёздочный отель. Это красивый отель с сервисом, который не соответствует даже близко заявленным пяти звёздам. Однозначно не рекомендую. За такие деньги и с таким позиционированием гости заслуживают совершенно другого отношения и качества.

Да понравилось, но мне забыли принести завтрак в номер так как была пересменка забыли мне принести
Но потом принесли

Cons:

Атмосфера очень хорошая , но во дворе отеля дрифтавала молодежь мешала спать

Телевидение исправить надо. Сигнал оповещения не доходит. Постоянно виснет. Спорт зал в порядок привести заменить сломан

Место живописное, рядом с горой отель. Красиво очень

Cons:

1.Тренажерный зал очень не ухоженный, многие инструменты сломаны, желание тренироваться пропадает.

Short and sweet
Pros:

It was a nice pit stop to rest before heading to the Alay mountains which is 4 hours away and also when I got back from there. The bed and pillows were amazing!

I got 2 massages and they were just amazing!

Cons:

Only comments I have was that the ac in the room wasn’t great and when I ordered food it took an hour to arrive

disappointing, overpriced.
Pros:

large buffet breakfast offering

Cons:

staff were unhelpful - claimed to have no record of our booking (despite receiving email confirmation directly from the hotel). staff also seemed unaware of hotel facilities. dinner took nearly an hour to be made.
