Super Hotel für Kurzbesuch in Fulda
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, bequemes Bett, extra Kissen lagen bereit, sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Die Dusche war riesig, Duschgel und Shampoo vorhanden. Super Lage vom Hotel, wir haben alles gut fußläufig erreicht.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück würde ich mir etwas mehr Vielfalt wünschen, aber das was da war, war lecker.

Das Personal war freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung war sehr neu.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht. Das Schlafsofa war für 2 Kinder zu schmal.
Zudem hat nachts die Wasserleitung gerauscht.

Die Mitarbeiter, sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out, waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ok, der Kaffee könnte besser sein.

Cons:

Der gesamte Flur im 2. OG hat bestialisch gestunken. Der Teppich im Zimmer war fleckig und bedarf ebenfalls einer Grundreinigung. Im Badezimmer waren rote Flecken auf dem Waschtisch. Entweder muss das sauber gemacht werden oder aber der Waschtisch muss getauscht werden. Aber man kann es ja nicht einfach so lassen. Die sogenannte "Hundedecke" sollte nicht an Gäste rausgegeben werden. Entweder macht man sowas ordentlich oder lieber gar nicht.
