Das ideale Hotel - zum sehr guten Preis
Pros:

Das Hotel ist top. Modern und praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr gutes Bett. Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel liegt allerdings an sehr verkehrsreicher Straße. Gut ist: Kino gleich nebenan, empfehlenswertes italienisches Restaurant liegt gegenüber.

Cons:

Bei leicht geöffnetem Fenster stört der Straßenlärm.

Zimmer sind okay, aber das Personal ist teilweise nicht wirklich nett und höflich

Das Frühstück war richtig gut, viel Auswahl und alles lecker

Cons:

Das Personal war teilweise unhöflich bzw wortkark so das man das Gefühl hatte der hst jetzt keine lust zu helfen bzw auf seine Arbeit und der Herr am Telefon, mit dem ich zwei Tage vor Anreise telefoniert hatte, war sogar extrem unhöflich und pampig das war schon recht extrem so dass ich am liebsten das Zimmer storniert hätte wäre es gegangen.

Das Personal war freundlich und die Betten waren bequem

Cons:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr übersichtlichund qualitativ noch in Ordnung. Das Rührei bestand aus angerührtem Pulver. Die angekündigte Mail für den Online Check-In kam nicht und meine Mail mit Nachfrage wurde nicht beantwortet

Alles top. Gern wieder
Pros:

Super nettes Personal. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern dort. Je Bett (Doppelbett und Schlafsofa) nur eine Bettdecke. Für uns war das ok. Für die 2 Jungs (beide 11Jahre) war es ungünstig, da es nur Freunde sind. Bei Geschwistern wäre es ok gewesen. Auf Nachfrage sofort eine zusätzliche Decke bekommen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Nur entkoffeinierter Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage konnte uns der Herr an der Rezeption nicht weiter helfen, da dort auch nur noch entkoffeinierter Kaffee vorrätig war.
