Excellent facilities and good location.
Pros:

Great location. Very big rooms and appreciated the washing machine and dryer which was very convenient for us.

Cons:

Some of the pillows had hair on it.

Pros:

This place is in a great location and well suited our family of 5.
It is queit, clean, comfortable and affordable.
We met the housekeeper on one of the nights and she was such a lovely and nice person.

There is a bakery right around the corner where the pastries are absolutely delicious, good stop for breakfast.
The peace park and restaurants and shops are an easy walk, as is the stop for the trams.

I would highly recommend this place

Great location, nice modern apartment
Pros:

Good location, very clean and the apartment had everything we needed. Modern and comfortable. The luggage holders were full but the staff offered us an unsecured area where we could leave them. That was helpful and appreciated.

Cons:

Beds were on the firm side. Would be nice if there was more space to store luggage if you got in town early. There are 5 luggage holders for that purpose and they were all full for hours.

Very good for japanese guests less friendly for tourists

Place, facilities, clean, room size

Cons:

Lack of English instruction to many of the facilities: air conditioning, television, washing machine…
No mineral water which is common for every hotel in this level
When making the reservation its not clear enough that the hotel is self service with no staff.

Highly recommend ten out of ten
Pros:

Excellent hotel with fantastic facilities, spacious rooms and everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable throughout our stay.

Even though the hotel does not have on-site reception staff, the team still went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, looked after and happy during our time there. The communication and support were excellent and made the stay feel very welcoming and easy.

I genuinely cannot compliment this hotel highly enough. The location was also amazing and made it incredibly convenient for exploring Hiroshima. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A short but very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and very comfortable especially since there were 4 of us.
Great to have a place for luggage beyond check out and grateful to borrow umbrellas!

Great location and close to the Peace Memorial Park
Pros:

Great location and very close to the Peace Memorial Park and the boat jetty to Miyajima Island. It s a one room
with beds, kitchen and seating area and there is enough space. There is a parking place in front of the hotel
and you can park for maximum 48 hours. If you want to stay longer you just pay and activate the parking again.
the location is perfect and there is a supermarket around the corner.

Amazing staff and a fantastic place to stay in Hiroshima
Pros:

Very friendly and very helpful staff. Cozy hotel that wasn’t too busy. Shout out to the housekeeper who was extremely nice and was able to recommend things to do in Hiroshima
