Great spot to stay close to the peace park
Pros:

Close to the peace park which is a must to visit . Location was perfect for us and the hotel itself was great . Self checkin so no reception but room easy to access via details sent in advance. Many restaurants across the peace park worth trying and the ferry to Miyajima also nearby.

Walking distance to the Peace Monument and Museum!
Pros:

Excellent location. Walking distance to the Peace Monument and museum. We only stayed for one night which was sufficient to visit the Peace Monument.

Cons:

The check in process was unique and required us to input the code they had emailed us to get inside the lobby. We scanned our passports on the scanner and were able to get inside our rooms after a brief video meeting with the remote clerk.

Amazing accommodation- I will definitely return.
Pros:

Easy to check in, lots of amenities, the house keeper was amazing. Very helpful and offered suggestions for where to eat. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Was perfect for our family. 24 hour super market was around the corner.

Very comfortable stay in an excellent location
Pros:

Clean and spacious apartment within a short walking distance from the memorial peace park and main shopping strip. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable.

All good except for check in
Pros:

The check in iPad was frustrating. Would be better to have a human at check in desk. Every thing else was fine.

Cons:

To have a person at check in desk. iPad wanted a photo of passport but didn’t operate correctly. Had to call for help.
