Staff was helpful, BUT NOT A SINGLE STAFF SPEAKING ENGLISH, VERY VERY HARD TO XOMMUNICATE, But they trying to help.if u speak Chinese , no issues.

All good but For vegetarian people from Nepal and India Breakfast need to be taken care. very little veggie item.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was good and the location was very convenient for the train station.
The room was well-lit with a great view. Spacious and clean with necessary charging ports. The location is great for travelers using the hongqiao transportation hub either air or rail.
They don’t respond to messages on booking.com. So, if you need help finding your way there or some other services, this is not the place.
The hotel was perfect as it was near the railway station as we needed to take the train from Shanghai to Beijing at check out date.

All really good - not all staff spoke English but they use translate and it all works fine - rooms outstanding- value outstanding- location perfect for exhibition centre- short walk to lively restaurants and shops- will use again

Hotel is quite new. Some staff spoke basic English, those who were not able to made effort with electronic translation apps--took the effort; tried to be helpful. Staff assisted us everyday with some of our bookings and getting transportation from the hotel. Convenient to stay to attend the exhibition at the NECC Shanghai.
Breakfast was well-prepared. Not a huge selection but always freshly cooked on mornings.
Twin bed room was spacious than usual for the price. Fixtures and room amenities were all working and comfortable.
Wifi was decent; but you must have your VPN to access certain sites.
Basic goods---beverage, snacks, fruit--available at the lobby for a reasonable fee.
Nearest mall I could think of is the one adjacent to the Honquiao Railway station about a 5-10min taxi ride.
Hotel is in a developing area; not much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel in terms of restaurants, shops, etc.
Use the internet; no international channels on the tv.
The hotel amenities, vibe, and cleanness were great. I loved the room and the breakfast.
The staff, including the front desk, couldn't speak a word in English, None!
