It was great and I appreciate everything they did for us! It was my first time in a hotel and it was great!
Pros:

They did a great job, everyone was extra friendly! They remembered us and everything! Not a single bad thing to say!

Cons:

They need more options on their menu, but they still had great stuff, not really a big complaint, I just have a picky toddler.

Poor customer service, won’t stay there
Pros:

We arrived at this hotel late at 10pm after being on the road all day. We arrived without a reservation. I walked in and the gentleman at the front desk booked me for a room with two Queen Beds. We unloaded the car and my husband parked the car in the deck next door. We go up to our room with all our bags and see that it is a king rooms. This won’t work for us, (2 adults, 2 kids). We go back down and the gentleman realizes he made a mistake. There are no queen rooms available. The manager woman comes over and basically said there is nothing she can do. I’m sure the hotel could have given us two adjoining rooms for one price, since they made the mistake, but to no avail “my hands are tied”. I was furious and we were all exhausted and left for another hotel. I cannot believe they were so unhelpful when THEY made the mistake. To top it off, they charged my credit card and still haven’t refunded it. This is not a way to establish loyalty. Throughly unimpressed.

Avoid!!! Scam!!!
Pros:

Avoid!!! You will be double, or even triple billed! Once you check out you will be contacted by hotel "management" that your bill is not paid. This is a scam to have you pay again. You will spend days chasing your money, promised the world by IHG, apologized to, transferred and redirected, and you will not see your money again! Avoid!!!

Pros:

Front desk staff — especially Andrea — are friendly & very helpful. They pointed us toward area bike/hike trails and suggested local restaurants. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel, and the staff made us want to book again.

Cons:

Huge pillows hurt my neck! Why not have a variety of pillow sizes?

Our stay was clean and comfortable.
Pros:

We love that the property is close to Truist Park. This is our 3rd visit to this location.

Cons:
