Pros:

De rust, de netheid binnen en buiten,, vriendelijk personeel lekker eten.

Cons:

Ontbijt in buffetvorm uitstekend aan tafel op een wwekdag iets minder rijkelijk moet je de avond ervoor invullen bij ons was dit niet gebeurt waardoor we lang op ons ontbijt moeten wachten hebben.

joli bâtiment bien agencé à proximité de la ville d'Utrecht
Pros:

bon petit déjeuner varié.

Cons:

la proximité de la route à côté de l'hôtel, j'imaginais l'hôtel plus dans un cadre au vert au milieu d'un parc, comme sur les photos du site

Het was een fijn verblijf op een mooie locatie

Cons:

We dachten dat het één gebouw was maar het bleek dat onze (overigens fijne kamer) kamer zich twee gebouwen verder bevond, te bereiken via een loopbrug langs een ander gebouw

Prima maar kom nog eens terug voor een mooiere kamer.
Pros:

Prachtige locatie, ook zelfs in de koude winter.
Jammer dat je slaapt in een bijgebouw en ik sliep in een kamer met een 2-persoonsbed waarvan 1 kant tegen de muur. Dat vind ik altijd armoedig.

Cons:

Slaapkamer indeling.

Beautiful location and comfortable rooms but not working technology and rude reception

Beautiful location, room with more or less all amenities

Cons:

The person at reception in the evening was really rather rude. I called because there is a system with lights in bathroom and toilet going on based on a motion sensor. It turned off automatically while I was brushing my teeth etc but then when I left that area (it’s open to the room, not great idea in any case) it stayed on. When I called reception the guy was mansplaining to me what to do (just wait - 20 minutes?!) and not believing it did not work. Then he suggested to take the keycard out. I said I tried already but then my phone could not be charged (I checked). He did not believe me. I gave up but really, paying for a room which does not allow you to go to sleep because the light cannot be turned off and then being insulted is too much.

Besser geht es nicht . Ankommen und zu Hause fühlen
Pros:

Sehr gut ! Kann ich nur empfehlen! Ganz tolle Atmosphäre, sehr nettes Personal. Saubere Zimmer , hier fehlt es an nichts !
