Klasse Hotel aber Vorsicht Betten sehr sehr weich
Pros:

Das es sehr modern gehalten ist und das das Personal sehr freundlich ist

Cons:

Wir hatten das Barrierefreie zimmer gebucht doch leider für rückenerkrankte ist das Bett viel viel zu weich. Es ergab sich so das wir aufgrund sehr stark auftretender Schmerzen (inkomplette Querschnittslähmung) wir einen Tag virher abreisen mussten da ich es nicht aufhielt noch eine Nacht dort drin zu liegen.

Die übernachtungssteuer wird vor Ort abgerechnet entsprechend muss mann sich auf extra Kosten einstellen es ist nicht alles mit der booking Zahlung erledigt ( 2pers 2 Nächte 12 euro)

The room was clean.

Cons:

I liked pretty much everything, except for one situation I had at reception during check-in. I was told I needed to pay a €3 city tax for the night, which I was fine with. However, they didn’t have a working card terminal, so my options were either to pay in cash or provide my bank card details (16-digit number and expiry date) to be invoiced later. They gave me two pieces of paper to fill in during check-in (welcome to 2007, I mean, these kinds of forms can be done online). When they told me I needed to provide my card details, I said I didn’t feel comfortable sharing them. The reception staff replied, quoting directly: “We are not giving your info to strangers, it’s for us.” Before I could even clarify whether there were other ways to pay (I could have paid in cash later), I was treated extremely rudely and pressured into providing my bank card details, despite clearly stating that I wasn’t comfortable with it. What triggered me the most was when one of the staff members said: “You should understand, terminal/system is not working, this is not our fault.” Yes, it’s not your fault, but it IS your problem. The last thing customers who have already paid for their room in advance need to hear is that something is not your fault. You’re right, but it is YOUR problem to solve, not an excuse to make. I don’t want to tell anyone how to do their job, but if you HAVE to collect bank card details, at least be polite and apologize for the inconvenience. That’s it. Basic human decency. Unfortunately, I didn’t experience any of that at this hotel.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The breakfast was also good. The location is 20-25 minutes walking distance from the city center, but there is a metro station 5 minutes away from the hotel.
