No limpian la habitacion hasta el dia 2

Cons:

El desayuno muy pequeño
Habitacion doble con supletoria muy pequeña
El personal no informo de que el primer dia no limpian la habitacion con la excusa de ahorrar y cuidar el mediambiente, no lo veo normal en un hotel de tal categoria.

Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmerservice war unterirdisch!! Zimmerreinigung erst nach der zweiten Nacht. Unser Zimmer war danach dreckiger und chaotischer als vorher (wirkte, als wäre das Reinigungspersonal mitten im Putzvorgang wegbeordert worden und nicht mehr zurück gekehrt).

Leider keine Rezeption mehr. Läuft alles nur noch über PC. Persönliche Komponente fehlt.

Pros:

Tolles Hotel in super Lage. Leckeres Frühstück, saubere und moderne Zimmer. Das Personal immer sehr freundlich. Das Parken ist etwas teuer, aber dafür steht er sicher. ☺️ Wir kommen gern wieder. ❤️

Pros:

The room was v.large, clean and had the most comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons:

I needed a refrigerator and wish the room had one. And the room was extremely hot although we put the heater off and keep the window open.

Gutes Hotel für eine Nacht, liegt etwas außerhalb
Pros:

Wir waren als Familie angereist, um das Musical eine Straße weiter zu besuchen. Dafür war es auch absout perfekt. Gerade mal 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß, das Bad war schön und sehr sauber. Im Bett habe ich absolut super geschlafen, es war sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch super, wir haben Glutenfreies auf Anfrage bekommen, das ist tatsächlich nicht selbstverständlich in Hotels. Auch sonst war die Auswahl sehr gut, der Kaffee aus dem Automaten hat gut geschmeckt. Es war sehr viel los, aber wir haben mit 5 Personen noch einen Tisch ergatteren können. Abends haben wir an der Bar noch leckere Getränke bekommen, man kann dort sehr schön sitzen.

Cons:

Im Zimmer liegt Teppich, und bei einem unserer Zimmer war wirklich ein fetter brauner Fleck auf dem Boden, das war schon nicht so angenehm. Die Tiefgarage für 30€ pro Tag ist meiner Meinung nach absolut überteuert, auch weil das Hotel außerhalb liegt und nicht mitten in der City.

Dangerous devices, below 1 star service & overpriced hotel room

I find your hotel services substandard for the amount of fees I have paid. Firstly, the kettle is of low quality & discharges electrical shock. This means I can't have a coffee in the room.

I have to start work early, like 4 AM. When i ask for a coffes, there is extremely rude behaviour and he denies me the coffee. But i poilitely request again. The same pattern repeats the next day. And he asks me to pay. I ask to put in the room bill, and he refuses & asks to charge immediately. This is fine.

The room cleaning service does not speak English and does not bother to clean on the 3rd day, and decides by herself that it does not need cleaning. We at least need basic garbage replacement & towel replacement, and do not need full cleaning.

There is a night light next to the bed that does not turn off, and we have to implement a workaround to ensure the switch engages.

Totally disappointed by this kind of rude behaviour by the staff at an international hotel towards international visitors, which has
