Washroom Toilet was not cleaned. Dead Rat bad smelling. There was 1 Rat also in our room.
It was a bitter experience.
I had reached the venue in advance and asked the manager for the date change to the next day however it was flatly denied even though all rooms were empty. It was also a rude exchange, please note that i have a patron at their facility for years now and go regularly for my meals and drinks. This kind of attitude by the Manager even though i informed him that i had come in the previous night for a family dinner shows there is no empathy.

Had to end my family holiday because the kids didn't like the place.. the main attraction, the pool was a complete disappointment. Of all the resort this particular resort doesn't allow the usage of the pool after 6 pm for whatever reason. The WiFi provided is a joke; it doesn't work. A low range router is placed in the corridor and is not available in thr rooms. The food which we started on as we checked in was not as we expected; we had to leave it because the chicken was not fresh. The TV had unpaid free channels. The rooms aren't sound proof, the guest in the side room had their volume up and it was disturbing. The next morning breakfast was a cheap show. Upma, dry bread with a kiss of butter.
The world experience was a waste and not worth remembering or going back to.
