10/10 for the location, staff and value for money. Not a lot of comfort and space in the room.
Pros:

I like the location of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and was fluent in English, they were very helpful. I thought we got the value for our money.

Cons:

Overall, we liked everything about the hotel, location, staff and amenities in the room. However, we thought the room was tinier than the pictures made it look like. Also, I thought that there are beds in the room but it was just mattresses on the floor.

簡潔又聰明的空間設計，舒適的住宿，地點須三思
Pros:

附近是住宅區，非常安靜
飯店的空間非常好，利用錯層的設計，讓使用空間多出很多
盥洗空間稍微小，不過衛浴有浴缸，非常棒
很適合家庭或三五好友想要一起住的需求
房間讓行李都有地方可以打開，很實際的設計

Cons:

住宿地點離上野車站有很長一段距離，如果是拖行李走路要很久
距離淺草寺走路大約15分鐘可以到，算是有點方便又不是很方便的地點，我們最後都使用luup去附近的地方

服務人員解說住宿所有的設備跟使用方式有點過於冗長，讓我們入住的時候等待有點久

The place is much smaller than it looks on pictures. A bit outdated. Quite a walk to subway.

It worked for our purposes
Pros:

The room was sufficient and served it need. The hotel staff was nice. The room was clean my husband and son really liked it.

Cons:

The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from station which is a little far when you make it multiple times a day. The rooms are very small and interesting logistics with stairs to get into. Not recommended for families with small children. They will get hurt.

Beautiful rooms with great city view in a perfect location to explore the city and the sightseeings.
Pros:

Perfect location, quiet neighborhood but with very easy access to Ueno and Asakusa by walking distance and therefore to the metro lines to go everywhere you want in the city. Nice options for restaurants, cafes, mini markets etc. nearby. Great view from the window and very friendly staff.

Cons:

Rooms have limited space which is the usual case in Tokyo, although they are very well equipped. I wish there was a dryer besides the washing machine.
