Good stay at great location but would probably look elsewhere next time.
Pros:

Great location in Asakusa and for the Metro but property had no other services of which we were aware of before booking, Never spoke to any staff member the entire time there. Rooms were spacious but not as good as other Minn properties we had stayed at previously. Washer in the room but no dryer.

Cons:

No dryer function just a washing machine. Also, no baggage storage so if you arrive early or leave late you need to make you own arrangements. The train station is nearby but it does not have many lockers for large suitcases.

Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay with great amenities, though some minor maintenance and cleanliness issues
Pros:

The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It’s in a great location—just a short walk to major tourist attractions and very close to a train station, which made getting around the city easy.

The amenities were excellent. The kitchen was well-equipped with a fridge, stove, kettle, rice cooker, and microwave, which was perfect for preparing simple meals. I also appreciated the small living area with a couch and TV—it made the space feel cozy and homely.

Cons:

There were a few maintenance and cleanliness issues that could be improved. The washing machine had small amounts of visible mold inside, and unfortunately, clothes came out with a musty smell even after buying a different detergent to the one they provided. More clothes hangers and a larger drying space would have been appreciated—especially for an apartment that accommodates 4–6 people. An outdoor drying option or a proper indoor rack would help a lot.

Additionally, there were some signs of wear and minor damage in the apartment. One of the doors had a visible scratch, part of the framework was peeling off, and a light switch cover looked like it had been removed. These didn’t affect functionality but did take away slightly from the overall impression of the space.

Pros:

バス、トイレが別だったので、子連れ的にはお風呂に入れやすかった。
お部屋も広々としていた。

Cons:

・浴室にピンクカビがあり、ぬるっとする感じがあった。
・和室のある部屋にしたのですが、敷布団を敷いたら、髪の毛が何本もついていて、気持ち悪かった。
・敷布団はとても薄く、寝ていても体が痛くなり、何度も起きてしまった。
・洗面台は、人感センサーのライトになっていて、扉がないのですぐに反応してしまい、和室で寝るにはとても眩しかった。

Perfect atay for the new year’s eve
Pros:

We stayed only 1 night during the new year’s eve and booked last minute (a couple days before) as we change plans during our tokyo visit. We stayed in family suite and we had the amazing view of the skytree!!!!! Although quite small for our group, but it was the best choice for a 1 night stay especially for new year’s eve. Amenities all good. Staff friendly and helpful. We could store luggage as we arrives there earlier than check in time

Pros:

Convient location, close to the tokyo skytree. Close to sensoji temple and nearby tourist attractions. Good options for traveling families. Would book again if I have business around that area.
