Good for bed and breakfast, not as a hotel when busy

Cons:

Hot breakfast was cold, toilet in room was tiny and water runs freely out the shower, which in turn has caused the door to swell. Rough around the edges,stayed for two nights and couldn’t use the pool as all the sun beds where full all day long

Got kind of disappointed
Pros:

Lady at the reception was polite and trying to help.

Cons:

No shampoo and gels in the bathroom, TV was not working, initially room cards were not working, in the morning they didn’t have enough pool towels, some staff members were not friendly

A lovely medium sized hotel with a contemporary, relaxed atmosphere. As you enter, a long corridor lined with couches leads past the pool to the dining area, with the lobby just to the left.

We were welcomed with a glass of champagne on arrival, and in our room found another bottle waiting, along with fresh fruit for our little one, a really nice touch.

The staff deserve special mention, genuinely warm and attentive, with different team members checking in on us throughout our stay. Service like this is hard to find.

The hotel has three pools, two outdoor and one indoor, with plenty of room to swim, plus a kids' playroom, great for families. It's close to the beach and the Protaras beach walkway, about a 20 minute walk to the town centre.

The hotel wasn't fully booked during our visit, which gave things a relaxed, unhurried feel compared to busier resorts.

Overall, a great choice for families looking for excellent service and a peaceful atmosphere.
