The staff were professional but also very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Having car parking was a bonus.
It took me quite a while to work out how to use the shower I thought it was over complicated

Apart from bathroom , the rest of room was tired, and would benefit from a refurb commensurate to the bathroom. Whilst hygienically clean, the room could do with a thorough service to rid light fitting cobwebs, sticky hairdryer, dusty interior bathroom door minor dislikes easily fixed.
the location and staff were amazing a really helpful
you can hear a fair amount from other guests in the night. there was nowhere to hang clothes in the room and the floor had a lot of dust and bits on it.
Been several times now, and this hotel never fails to impress.
