Everything. Super boutique hotel. Beautifully furnished. Great staff.
Another night at the hotel
Great place
Highly recommend
It was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable
The ground floor had showers over the bath rather than a walk in shower
Staff were excellent throughout the stay - from the reserved car parking space process, all personal interactions, sorting out restaurant booking changes. Fantastic. Food really good - great range of options. Possibly could be more spicy.
Room decor was tired - made parts look not as clean as would have expected (Bathroom, upstairs corridors especially). Stayed in the Trimbach suite, and whilst it had great corner bedroom with dual aspect and separate lounge, not quite as large as I would have expected. Wonder what the standard rooms are like?
Really good location- about a 10 minute walk to the central town, nice modern good sized room. Parking if you pre-book it really well organised.
Missed the sign upon entrance that tells you need to go up a floor for reception,
The orchid restaurant was excellent, food was really good. Good position in the town, and warm and comfortable

Location and wonderful restaurant
Bathtub was a little strange and difficult to get in to !
Everything
Great location, parking was a bonus as so central. All the staff are so lovely and helpful and a real credit to the hotel. The cocktails in the bar were lovely, again excellent service.
Nothing
Lovely big room, great restaurant, ideal location. Polite and efficient staff. Very convenient parking (at extra cost but worth it given central location)
The location was great, right in the centre. The room & bathroom very clean. Carpark had ev charging & we could pre book a space. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment.
One small criticism was room on small size & wardrobe was very short in height, had to hang items off door.
Everything from staff to room and location
Nothing
It is friendly and convenient. A good breakfast and well located. Nice and clean.
My room was a bit dusty.
Very central. Easy 10 min walk to lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Next to valley gardens which is lovely. Bed was a king/super king and comfy. Room was clean.
The bath was the strangest I’ve ever seen. As deep as a hot tub and about the same size. No good if you’re not 6ft tall and agile for getting in and out of, or 5ft tall! .l booked an executive room so paid more. It was really small. Feel like the price was a bit too much for what we got.
The evening meal from, The Orchid, was excellent, the breakfast is always very good, plenty of choice. My eggs were cooked to perfection !
Couldn’t get the room telephone to work, bedside light was flickering, room 37
