La ubicación es muy bonita y tienenun bello muelle

Definitivamente esa habitación no la contaria como vista a la laguna. Es elevado el precio para lo poco que se ve y su lejanía.
La habitación no estaba lista para las 3 pm, avise en recepción que saldria mientras a la ciudad para hacer tiempo en lo que estaba lista y pedi que me marcaran o mandaran msj cuando estuviera para volver, pues mi estancia era corta, cars y era un día muy lluvioso. Al pasar 1 hora volví para ver como iba y me dijeron que en el cambio de turno olvidaron avisarme que ya estaba. Al momento en que iba acompañado del personal a la hab no mostro interes en la situación. Tampoco ayudan con equipaje ni nada.

Fue solo hasta que paso la lluvia y sali por mis cosas y pase por recepción fue que me dijeron que por la situación me daban chance de salir 40 mins después de la hab... Si no hubiera pasado por ahí quien sabe si me hubieran contactado para ello.

Pd. El baño tiene puerta de media altura solamente

A little slice of paradise

Heerlijk verblijf gehad hier. Lief personeel en behulpzaam.
Pros:

Heerlijk bed en douche. Op een bedje in de zon liggen met een mooi uitzicht. En personeel die er voor je is om wat te drinken of te eten.

Zet wel altijd de airco en de ventilator aan anders wordt je kleding vochtig.

Cons:

Wel goed om te weten dat het met ontbijt is maar dat betekend dat je kan kiezen in hoe je je ei wilt. Dat is het. Wilde ze wel lief een enchilada maken.

Het eten op het menukaart is wat aan de hoge prijs en de dingen die er op staan waren niet ons ding.
Maar Bacalar kan je in 15 minuten heen rijden.

Pros:

Un petit peu de paradis sur terre, l’hôtel est vraiment magnifique. Le ponton est paradisiaque, à tel point que malheureusement on a pas eu le temps d’aller à la piscine qui elle aussi est magnifique.
Le personnel est adorable et très arrangeant

La chambre que nous avons reçu ne correspondait pas à celle qu’on a vu sur les photos sur booking, attention ne pas se fier aux photos des chambres.

Amazing design & landscaping, so many comfortable places to relax, incredible to be right on the water with such a nice dock area built out, lovely to be outside so much. The staff were all extremely warm, accommodating and professional. The breakfast was delicious and served in such a lovely spot. It was so nice to have access to kayaks any time we wanted to be able to enjoy the water. The room is a great size and has everything you need. We loved our stay! Thank you for making our honeymoon so special :)

L'emplacement au bord du lac, les paddels et kayak à disposition, le petit déjeuner
Et la possibilité de réserver directement des actis depuis l'hôtel où se faire livrer à manger (on n'a pas testé par contre)

Cons:

La chambre pas totalement terminée (un câble qui sort du mur,...) le lieu doit avoir un petit coup de frais

Pros:

Bel hôtel composé de petits bungalows avec ponton au bord de la lagune. Petit hôtel avec environ une dizaine de chambres.
Cadre très reposant

Cons:

Nous y étions pendant la remise en route avant la période touristique donc des allers et venus incessants d ouvriers, du bruit des travaux. Étant donné le prix l hôtel ne devrait pas ouvrir s'il n est pas prêt.
Mobilier très sommaire dans la chambre, 1 lit, 1 armoire, 2 tables de nuit et c est tout !
Petit déjeuner bon mais très répétitif et limité toast, beurre, confiture et œufs.
