Pros:

Great hotel for extended stay needs but with no notice the hotel has informed us that we no longer can stay do to unexpected forced closure by the city. We are now left without a place to stay last minute.

Best in class at this price point
Pros:

Can't get any better than this for the price. Room has nice sized flat screen TV, microwave, small kitchen sink, coffee pot, toaster, and full sized fridge. Staff is friendly and doesnt get better than this at this price point. I've stayed at other places that are a dump and paid more than I did here.

Desk person was not very congenial, tile coming up in the bathroom trim around tub was falling off I didn't take a shower because the tub was stained and didn't look clean

The air conditioner was broke the room was very hot and smelled like wet paint and the bathroom was dirty and it had bugs in it but the room would’ve been great if it wasn’t for that

My wife and I took a trip to Chicago and this was a very inexpensive alternative. The linens and towels were changed everyday and the room was cleaned everyday. It was relatively quite. We stayed there only to sleep in between sightseeing so I know nothing of how it was during the day or any amenities. The only issue I had at the property at all is I had to fix the drain in the bathroom sink. For some reason it was disconnected allowing water all over the floor. I figure that was just an aberration and not how every room is. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was dirty. The sheets had not been changed, and there was very inappropriate “adult contraceptive trash” in the bathroom garbage. Staff needed to be convinced to offer a refund
