Les personnels sont serviables et sympa, belle vue.

Cons:

1. Les cartes d'accès aux chambres ne fonctionnent pas. À chaque fois que nous sortons, nous sommes obligés de retourner à la réception afin qu'un membre du personnel nous accompagne pour ouvrir la chambre.
2. Les équipements sont anciens et mériteraient d'être rénovés.
3. J’ai souhaité payer pas carte la machine TPE ne fonctionne pas ( problème de connexion)
4.Le climatiseur ne fonctionne pas. Heureusement, cela n'a pas été trop gênant car la météo était agréable.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Oumaima at the reception desk, she is always smiling and very welcoming, Overall very nice place to stay near El Jadida.

"Très bel hôtel, spacieux et agréable, avec trois grandes piscines parfaitement entretenues. Les chambres sont grandes, confortables et bien équipées. L'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel très professionnel. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à chaimae attentionnée et aux petits soins surtt pour la surprise réussie pour l anniversaire sa gentillesse a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec plaisir
