Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Großes Zimmer aber hartes Bett. Im Zimmer wurde geraucht, weshalb wir sehr schlecht geschlafen haben.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve hizmet odaklı sevdim . Tek kişilik odalara 2 adet tekli yatak konularak çift kişilik hale gerilmiş ve alan daraltılmış.çok bunaltıcı.
Banyo kirliydi ve oda çok sigara kokuyordu. Havlular ve terlik bir kişi için bırakılmıştı oysa biz çift kişi idik bir de bebeğimiz vardı. Diş fırçası istek üzerine verildi. Kahvaltıda içme su sebile konmuş ve oda sıcaklığında idi.

Good:
Staff, Room size, breakfast selection were great.
Not Good:
Parking on the street not good. Common areas were hot, AC in the room took sometime to cool down the space. Small elevator not good.
Hotel management responded that they would not partially refund the charges made to my credit card, despite the partial refund policy in case of no-show indicated at the Booking.com website

It's good itself but maintenance is badly needed. Broken shower, smell of cigarettes, floor lamp didn't work, marks on the walls. Absence of shower door and puddles on the floor as a result.
Otelde ses yalıtımı çok kötüydü, diğer odaların kapıları açılıp kapanırken sanki bizim odamızı zorluyormuş gibi sesler geliyordu ve bu tedirgin ediciydi. Giriş yaptığımız gün resepsiyondaki çalışanlar çok suratsızdı. Odadaki saç kurutma makinesi arada bir duruyordu kendi kendine.
Yukarıda saydığım şeyler dışında otelin soğutması çok iyi, odalar idare eder temizlikteydi ve kahvaltı iyiydi. Otelin konumu da gayet güzeldi, rahat ulaşılabiliyor.

Front desk was rude. My wife came to help me settle in and was my translator. She did not stay over night.

Rude and disrespectful Staff. Booked a twin room but was only given a double bed. Beds are nowhere near comfortable. The hotel location is abysmal. It’s out in the middle of nowhere. The food was rubbish. We saw a maggot in the bread. Absolutely disgusting.
