Stylisch eingerichtet. Gefällt mir total gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer sauber und das Bett bequem. Das Kissen zu prall gefüllt, für meinen Geschmack. Der Föhn war sehr laut und klang als würde er gleich kaputt gehen. Es wäre aber ein sehr guter Fön. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist gut. Ich habe lange Haare. Wasserdruck und Fön sind für mich wichtige Punkte. Das Haarpflege Conditioner war praktisch leer. Nur noch wenig drin gehabt. Das Frühstück war frisch angerichtet und reichhaltig. Guter Kaffee. Die Lage zum Rulantica und vorallem zum Europapark, ist super. Den Leuchturm vom Bellrock Hotel sahen wir vom Zimmerfenster aus. Total Nahe.
Auto konnten wir gegen 10Euro Gebühr in der Tiefgarage parken.

Cons:

Mit der Zimmer Schlüsselkarze mussten wir den Lift aktivieren, für die erste Etage. Es hat ewig nicht funktioniert. Das war nervig. Vorallem weil es bereits 22.30 Uhr war und wir total müde vom Tag im Rulantica waren. Die Mitarbeiterin hat uns arber sifort geholfen und nach mehrmaligen Versuchen hats dann geklappt.

Emplacement proche Rulantica et Europa Park. Facile d accès. Parking dans garage hôtel. Très propre. Chambres bien équipée. Personnel très sympa.

Top Hotel sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal immer wieder.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und es gab sogar ein Willkommens Getränk umsonst.

Cons:

Die Betten waren bequem vom Liegen her aber zu schmal.

Sauberes Zimmer: Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber.
Bequemes Bett: Der Schlafkomfort war sehr gut.
Freundliches Personal: Das Personal war stets freundlich im Umgang.
Lage: fußläufig zu Europapark und Rulantica

Zimmer & Sauberkeit
Kein Schrank oder Ablageflächen – man lebt aus dem Koffer, was bei mehreren Nächten unpraktisch ist.
Sehr kleines Badezimmer.
Keine Heizkörper im Bad oder Zimmer, wodurch Handtücher nicht trocknen können.
Temperaturregelung nur über Klimaanlage.
Kein Zimmerservice bzw. kein Handtuchwechsel während des Aufenthalts.

Frühstück
Insgesamt sehr einfache - begrenzte Auswahl.
Nur eine Sorte Schnittkäse, kein Weichkäse, kein Lachs, keine gekochten Eier.
Rührei geschmacklich schlicht, ohne Kräuter.
Insgesamt nichts Besonderes.

Service & Probleme
Am zweiten Morgen gab es kein warmes Wasser und bis zur Abreise konnte nicht geduscht werden.
Keine Entschädigung trotz der deutlichen Beeinträchtigung.

Parken
Tiefgarage kostet 10 € pro Tag – für ein Low-Budget-Hotel eher teuer.
Außenparkplätze waren abgesperrt, sodass man praktisch gezwungen war, die Tiefgarage zu nutzen.

Cooles, modernes Hotel in bester Lage zu Rulantica.

Cons:

Nicht alle MA hattn den Fokus auf Gäste gerichetet und grüssten nicht mal. Stattdessen mit privaten Geschichten beschäftigt (beim Frühstücksbuffet). Macht keinen guten Eindruck. Wenn keine Arbeit,ok, aber dann kann man im Hintergrund quatschen und nicht vor den Gasten.
