SCAM! TRUFFATORI! OCCHIO ALLA CARTA DI CREDITO

Per fare il check-in ho perso mezz'ora. Mi è stato richiesto il pagamento anticipato del parcheggio e colazione avvenuto con carta di credito. All'indomani vengo fermato in reception perché risultava non a buon fine. Controllo e effettivamente risulta pagamento " prenotato" . Mi dicono che si cancellerà automaticamente e mi chiedono di rifarlo, e di nuovo risulta prenotato. Dubbioso chiedo un eventuale contatto in caso di doppio addebito. Mi danno la loro mail. Dopo due giorni, ed essere già andato via magicamente le prenotazioni diventano due addebiti. Contatto per Mail l'albergo e non ricevo risposta. Sa molto di frode, e per questo ho intenzione di fargli causa

Pros:

Modernes Hotel mit einer tollen Tiefgarage. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Abfall unter dem Beistellbett, was wir zusammengeklappt haben um etwas mehr Platz zu generieren.

Großteils in Ordnung mit ein paar Mängeln

Gute Lage, einfache Abwicklung, freundliche Mitarbeiter

Cons:

An zwei Tagen kam nur sehr heißes Wasser, so dass man sich nicht waschen konnte, im Nebenzimmer gab es das gleiche Problem (wurde bei Rezeption notiert).
Ganze Woche kein Zimmerservice von selbst, auf Nachfrage wurde es jedoch dann einmal durchgeführt.
Kein Kleiderschrank, nur eine kleine Gitterwand und 5 Kleiderbügel. Für den Preis hätte ich mir etwas mehr erwartet.

Great for Europa Park & Rulantica (and families)
Pros:

It’s very close to Rulantica and Europa Park, but very quiet although it’s close to big roads. The hotel is very modern, trendy and clean. We stayed with our 3y daughter. Breakfast was really good and staff was amazing- also helping us when our daughter fell sick overnight.

Cons:

Nothing to report. We were really happy with our choice.

Modern und zweckmässig eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.
Die Lage zum Park ideal.

Cons:

Fehlende Abstellflächen.
Ladestationen E-Autos fehlen.

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel, aber auf die Lage des Zimmers achten.
Pros:

Modernes Hotel. Saubere, schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Direkt neben unserem Zimmer befand sich eine Aussentreppe aus Stahl. Diese hat bei jeder Benutzung viel Lärm erzeugt, so dass wir mehrmals hierdurch geweckt wurden.
Im Zimmer fehlen Schränke oder Schubladen für die Kleidung.
