Schöner Aufenthalt, in einem komfortablen Hotel!
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr komfotabel ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksangebot haben wir nicht genutzt.

A good practical base for a few days
Pros:

Clean and close to the resort hotels.

Cons:

There is very little storage space in the rooms (no wardrobe or drawers) which was a bit of a challenge with 3 huge suitcases and a family of 4! Also be aware, it’s a 20 minute walk to the main Park Europa entrance (though it’s close to other entrances).

Rundum ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Das Personal war durchweg superfreundlich und aufmerksam. Der gesamte Ablauf – vom Einchecken über das morgendliche Frühstück bis hin zum Auschecken, war absolut unkompliziert und es gab wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das gesamte Team: Hier wird wirklich ein super Job gemacht! Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht und ihn noch ein Stück schöner werden lassen.

Vielen Dank dafür – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt habe ich allerdings bei der Kartenlösung für den Aufzug. Diese ist meiner Meinung nach nicht ganz optimal umgesetzt. Man muss sich jedes Mal relativ weit bücken, um zu sehen, ob das grüne Licht aufleuchtet und die Etage zu kommen.

Hier würde ich mir wünschen, dass man über die Lösung noch einmal nachdenkt und vielleicht eine etwas benutzerfreundlichere Variante findet, bei der man die Rückmeldung direkt auf Augenhöhe erkennen kann
