Cons:

Does not receive online booking. When arrived, ask to refund from Oyo centre. Did not get the chance to stay, reception said fully book. Need to look for new hotel

There's no stay. I was sent away.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The room wasn't prepared. When I come up to the counter, the receptionist mention reservations made through booking.com was discontinued. I tried to call the hotline 5 times to get refund, but the effort was unfruitful. I had to relocate hotels elsewhere to book a room for myself. Very disappointed that I wasn't able to get a refund in the end.

Pros:

This IS A SCAM DO NOT BOOK HERE! This company is apparently not affiliated with booking for come when we got there we were chased away and told to call a number for a refund. Spent more than double the amount to find accommodation.

Cons:

THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT BOOK HERE. I didn’t like that the person at the reception was very unhelpful just had us take a picture the seemed to have been in the window for a while and told us to contact them for a refund. No effort to contact them themselves or assist us. We didn’t have a Malaysian SIM card so we could only can the following day.
Furthermore, the booking was confirmed by booking. Com and we got a confirmation email. When I messages the property on the app they were not helpful either. They kept sending messages about check in time. But I was after 14:00 pm so my check in time was correct the owners just wouldn’t help me .

I was supposed to be there with my family from Friday the 30th of May to 1 June . And have still not been refunded!

I’ve added photos of the message. Along with a picture from when we arrived there, which is time stamped

Disappointing
Pros:

Hard to tell, maybe to stay for a short time is ok.

Cons:

Unpleasant odour/scent , a/c seems not working properly(especially the remote control), took multiple tries to find the junction to enter the hotel area.

Pros:

I would not recommend this property except to shoestring travelers. It included no amenities including towels, soap, toilet paper, etc. The Wi-Fi was in the lobby only. The only good thing was the reverse osmosis machine in the lobby so that I didn’t have to buy water and add to plastic pollution.
