Excellent stay
Pros:

Bed and pillows were comfortable, decor in the room/halls/lobby was bright and inviting, shower was large. Great value. Would return.

Cons:

Noise from the highway was slightly bothersome at night and I would probably request a room on the opposite side of the building next time. The tv didn't work properly.

Bad experience
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

My sister slipped and fell on a wet floor due to negligence since staff did not clean the wet floor off an elevator area that my sister did not see and hope she does not suffer long term injury since she is 65 years old.

Best hotel stay I’ve ever had
Pros:

It was steps from my son’s medical appointment.
Super clean. Very friendly staff. The kitchenette in the room was nice. But the breakfast….omg. Restaurant quality. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Superior in every way.
They had tea time and there was complimentary laundry and bikes to ride. This place is my favorite hotel ever

Cons:

Nothing to dislike
