Made a reservation on booking for a room with a bed and a sleeping sofa. When we got there there wasn't one available. We ended up staying elsewhere.

Nice property needs better staff

Cons:

We wasn’t able to enjoy our stay because our tv remote wasn’t working? Also the AC wasn’t working properly. I went down to the front desk several times and wasn’t anyone there.

Overall it’s phenomenal to the cleanliness was really appreciated
Pros:

I liked the location there’s it’s close to the hospital and other areas. Close to Costco as well and other shops. There’s free breakfast and the breakfast is actually good. They also had free coffee and tea near the lobby . There’s also a little store you can purchase light food and drink options. The hotel is newer and clean I really enjoyed my stay I would definitely come back

Cons:

I don’t like how you are only allowed to get a certain amount of towels per day but that would be the only thing.
