Tolles Hotel ohne nutzbaren Pool
Pros:

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das sehr große und ausgesprochen saubere Zimmer. Das Bett war äußerst bequem – wir haben darin hervorragend geschlafen. Obwohl unser Zimmer zur Straße lag, war es angenehm ruhig, sodass wir ungestört schlafen konnten.
Außerdem hat uns beeindruckt, wie durchdacht und modern das gesamte Hotelkonzept ist. An vielen Stellen wurde an Komfort und Hygiene gedacht, beispielsweise durch kontaktlose Mülleimer und kontaktlose Türöffner. Diese Details vermitteln einen sehr modernen und hochwertigen Eindruck und machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts von vier Nächten gab es keinen einzigen Tag, an dem wir den Pool uneingeschränkt nutzen konnten. Für uns bedeutet das, dass das Hotel praktisch keinen Pool bietet, was ein klarer Minuspunkt ist, da dieser der Hauptgrund für unsere Buchung war.

Das „sorry for Bad experience“ vom rooftop-Personal wirkte einstudiert und schon oft vorgetragen. In vielen anderen Bewertungen wurde dieselbe Erfahrung geschildert.

Ich verstehe das Hotel absolut: Die Hotelgäste haben bereits gezahlt, zusätzliche Hochzeiten oder sonstige Veranstaltungen bringen weiteres Geld in die Kasse. Dennoch ist es aus unserer Sicht unfair bis unseriös gegenüber den Hotelgästen, wenn dadurch zentrale Einrichtungen wie der Pool nicht wie beworben genutzt werden können.

Unser Tipp an alle, die dieses Hotel in erster Linie wegen des Pools buchen möchten: Gehen Sie nicht davon aus, dass Sie ihn nutzen können, oder wählen Sie im Zweifel ein anderes Hotel, wenn Ihnen ein jederzeit nutzbarer Pool wichtig ist.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Auch bei ausgeschalteter Klima schön kühl.

Cons:

Ich musste an vier Tagen zweimal nachfragen, um 15:30 Uhr, wann das Zimmer gereinigt wird. Der Aussenpool war wegen einer Hochzeit nicht zugänglich, und wir mussten ins Hallenbad, wo man eine Kopfhaube kaufen muss. Das fanden wir eine Frechheit. Wenn man den Aussenpool schon nicht benutzen kann, sollte man die Kopfhaube auch gratis anbieten.

Sehr schön, jedoch sind die Öffnungszeiten des Poolbereich zu kurz.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Konak Pier. Es war alles sehr sauber, das Bett war super bequem. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und höflich, schien allerdings teilweise etwas planlos. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön, jedoch macht dieser bereits täglich rigoros um 18 Uhr zu. Aufgrund von Veranstaltungen schließt er manchmal sogar bereits um 14 Uhr. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir uns unter Umständen für ein anderes Hotel entschieden.
