An excellent, modern and comfortable hotel in a great location, with friendly staff and a fantastic
Pros:

The Izmir Marriott Hotel is very well located, modern and of excellent quality. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and the valet service is very convenient. One of the highlights is the rooftop pool, with a fantastic view over the city and the sea.

Werden es wieder für ein Städtetrip nutzen.
Pros:

Die Lage war top! Sowie der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer! Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Das gym ist viel zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste! Geräte sind Qualitativ allerdings zu wenig und im Keller ohne Tageslicht macht das Training kein Spaß.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, super Hotel. Wir sind gleich herzlich empfangen worden, das Empfangspersonal vor dem Eingang hat uns gleich eingewiesen und unser Auto parkiert. Ein früherer Check-in war auch möglich. Die Wellnessanlage haben wir sehr wertgeschätzt. Das Frühstück war ein Traum, hier kann man neben dem Buffet auch warme Speisen von der Speisekarte bestellen. Sie bekommen Ihre Eier in vielfältigen Variationen und wunderbare Getränke.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer könnte etwas kühler sein. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern. Alles top!

Izmir von seiner besten Seiten!
Pros:

Meine Frau und ich waren vom 24.08. bis 29.08.2026 einmal mehr Gäste im Izmir Marriott Hotel. Auch dieses Mal haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das lag im Wesentlichen auch an dem überaus freundlichen Servicepersonal, ganz gleich ob am Empfang, in den Restaurant, auf den Zimmerebenen oder auf der Dachterrasse.
Rezeption
Der "Check In" wie auch "Check out" lief schnell, unkompliziert und in einer sehr freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Atmosphäre. Eine sehr angenehme "Willkommenskultur" wird hier im Hause gelebt. Aber dafür ist die Türkei bekannt.
Übernachtung mit Frühstück
Das Frühstücksbuffett ist phantastisch und sucht seines Gleichen. Auch hier wird durch das eingesetzte sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre bereits am Morgen geschaffen.
Dachterrasse mit Bar und Pool
Dieser Bereich über den Dächern von Izmir ist ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen mit einem wunderbaren Blick über das Meer und der Promenade. Den Innenpool mit dem Spa- und Fitnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt.
Zimmer
Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet. Das eingesetzte Servicepersonal auf den Etagen ist sehr hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, die Zimmer in einem sehr zufriedenstellenden Zustand zu halten.
Lage des Hotels
Direkt am Meer am Sahilyolu, also der Strandpromenade ergibt sich eine sehr zentrale Lage. Der Fähranleger Izmit Pasaport Iskelesi, die Konak Pier, der berühmte Uhrenturm sowie der Kemeralti Basar sind zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Der Besuch des Izmir Tahiri Asansör Binasi (Aussichtsturm mit Fahrstuhl) mit seiner Aussicht über Izmir und das bunte Stadtviertel ist ein Muss!
Parken
Da wir ein Mietwagen hatten, benötigten wir auch eine Parkmöglichkeit. Diese normal übliche Möglichkeit ist am Hotel nicht vorhanden. Das es dennoch nicht zum Problem wird, wird durch das Valet Parking am Hotel durch das auch sehr zuvorkommende und vertrauensvolle Personal gewährleistet. Ausgesprochen gute wie unkomplizierte Organisation.

Cons:

Fehlanzeige! Ansonsten hätten wir dieses Mal ein anderes Hotel gewählt.
