I liked the rooms and the rooftop pool!
The drinks and food were ridiculously overpriced. I was expecting to pay a fair bit but the food quality was so poor, yet priced so highly. Would not stay here again due to this- very overpriced
Rien sauf l'équipe de restauration qui reste professionnelle - Nothing except the restoration team who's professional
2 semaines catastrophiques. Mes boucles d'oreilles en or qui ont fait le tour du monde depuis des années ont disparu de ma salle de bain de ce "Marriott 5 étoiles". Aucune action concrète de l'hôtel pour finalement me dire "cherchez encore dans vos affaires" alors que je sais très bien où elles étaient posées puis aucune nouvelle. Méfiez-vous des étoiles et de l'appellation "Marriott" vous n'y êtes pas en sécurité, restez sur vos gardes. Allez dans un motel familial vous serez beaucoup plus en sécurité. Notez également :
- les sols de la chambre étaient très sales pendant 1 semaine entière jusqu'à ce que je demande un nettoyage
- un montant entre 200-300€ (je ne me souviens plus) a été bloqué sur ma CB à mon mon arrivée
- espace lobby (extérieur pour petit-déjeuner et autres, espace fumeurs) non climatisé avec des ventilateurs - un vrai sauna avec la chaleur d'Izmir
- la piscine sur rooftop ferme très tôt à 18h, impossible d'en profiter pleinement
- la piscine intérieur est dans un sauna donc chaleur étouffante + vous serez en plein milieu de cours de natation pour enfants (pensez au bonnet de bain obligatoire)
- loin des plages, il faut être véhiculé. Si vous voulez passer des vacances à la plage ce n'est pas pratique.

L'emplacement , à 5mn de la place le plus visité ,10mn du marché,Hôtel digne de ses 5 étoiles ,tout en marbre ,les petits déjeuners,la gentillesse des personnels.DENIZ celle qui est responsable de la relation client est très efficace.l'hotel est face à la mer et l 'esplanade pour les piétons ,les pêcheurs à la ligne.J'ai aimé

Frühstück und Service war sehr gut, Meerblickzimmer war toll. Wir werden wieder kommen . Wor haben den Rooftop nicht genutzt aber es sah toll aus. Wir wurden rumgefuhrt

I had an amazing stay at the Marriott Hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed.
My room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Every day, the complimentary water and coffee supplies were replenished, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.
The gym and the rooftop pool were always clean and well maintained, making it easy to relax or work out during my stay. In the evenings, the rooftop bar offered breathtaking panoramic views of the city, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind.
Dünyanın farklı noktalarında birçok seçkin otelde konaklama deneyimim oldu. En namlı otellerin çoğu genelde konfor sunar; gerçekten fark yaratanlar ise misafirine değer verirler. Buradaki konaklamamdan önce yurt dışında yaşadığım küçük bir sağlık sorunu nedeniyle burda gösterilen samimi ilgi, ince düşünce ve profesyonel misafirperverlik beklentimin ötesindeydi. Great location, friendly staff and very clean.
Not a fan if the loud music at the rooftop pool (super repetitive and boring electronic music - makes the atmosphere very cheap)
Also the AC in the room was incredibly loud for my standards (slept with earplugs). The room has light switched like a spaceship which all light up even in the night. Not friendly for people who like a pitch black room to sleep.
Excellent location and great staff (especially the people at the valet service and Ms. Ada from guest relations).
