Pros:

Everything was outstanding staWe had a wonderful stay at Izmir Marriott Hotel! From check-in to check-out, everything was amazing.
The reception team was so kind and welcoming, especially with our baby. A special thank you to Deniz for being so sweet and playing with him—it meant a lot to us. The breakfast staff were also very friendly and attentive.
Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made traveling with a baby so much easier.
Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to visit again!

Pros:

Les chambres sont parfaites. Les équipements de l’hôtel sont fournis et la piscine sur le roof top est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Le restaurant est ouvert, les cuisiniers préparent devant les clients leurs plats et la cuisine est très bonne.

The staff welcomed us with warm smiles.

The room was very comfortable, especially the bed, and came well-equipped with amenities. Upon entering, you might notice some standard items are missing due to the hotel’s Eco-friendly/green policy. However, you can easily request anything you need by phone. For me, what was already provided in the room was more than enough.

The breakfast was excellent with a great variety. I loved that they served Turkish specialties in small portions, which allowed me to try almost everything.

They also offer a pool and spa. We tried the sauna; although it’s a bit small, it wasn’t crowded at all. My husband and I were the only ones there at the time, so it felt like a private session.

The location is very convenient. We mostly explored the city on foot instead of taking public transport. Overall, I absolutely loved this place.

Great location, rooms, facilities and staff as expected of 5 * standard

Cons:

The “fine dining” restaurant on the rooftop was a bit basic with a limited menu. Staff couldn’t manage to get a dish served there from the downstairs restaurant, which we’ve requested and been obliged with in many other hotels- it’s like room service. Minor complaint in an otherwise perfect stay.

Quiero destacar a equipo de Guest Relation. En especial a Deniz Degerli, una persona muy educada, proactiva y nos solucionó todas nuestras inquietudes y pequeños problemas que surgieron con el aseo de la habitacion, durante nuestra estadia en hotel. También fue muy servicial y nos ayudó a llevar las maletas al taxi cuando nos ibamos al aeropuerto.
Espero que la puedan felicitar y destacar su forma de trabajo.

Respecto del hotel es comodo y muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

Al llegar nos dieron mucha información que tuvimos que aclarar durante nuestra estadia, sobre todo sobre las atenciones en los horarios PM que hay en el segundo piso, donde sirven café, dulces turcos y otras comidas. La tarjeta de este servicio no es muy claro en explicar en que consiste.

Un dia llegamos en la tarde alrededor de las 16 hrs y la habitacion no estaba aseada. Lo indique al equipo de Guest Relation y todo fue solucinado con rapidez.

Pros:

The location was great

Cons:

There is alot of hidden fees that you don't get told about, like the food in the fridge in the rooms. Arriving at our room we were not under the impretion that the a some sodas and water + some nuts, that we by the way did not order would cost us more than 16 000 turkisk lira/ 325 €. This not taking into account the money that the bokning in it self cost us.
