Pros:

Location of the hotel was good reception lady was very helpfull but couldn't get us in the car park

Cons:

Did message hotel about parking day before booking but didnt get a response booked hotel next day to be told there where no parking spaces wanted a space as was on a motorbike so needed safe parking had to pay at time of booking but wouldn't of probably booked if I knew there was no availability

Friendly staff and excellent location.

Cons:

Towels primarily but also bedding were very worn out and not the most pleasant to use.
Breakfast was ok but very limited in offering for the cost - not good value

Hotel pulito, moderno ,buona posizione

Cons:

Stanza al secondo piano sulla strada laterale rispetto alla facciata la mattina c'era il mercato e dalle 6 sembrava di avercelo in camera. Decisamente meglio optare per stanza con affaccio interno

Pros:

Posizione eccellente (vicino a stazione bus anche per stazione dei treni). Staff cordiale ed efficiente e struttura grande e moderna. Magnífica camera con acqua di benvenuto ogni giorno, letto grande con 4 cuscini e ottimo wifi. Il bagno molto grande e luminoso con buona doccia. Scelta azzeccata per visitare il centro di Burges (se arrivate in stazione dei treni potete prendere il bus per 3 euro o il taxi..a piedi, d'estate può essere faticoso

Meydana olan konumunun 5dk yürüme mesafesinde olması, tren istasyonuna 1 dakikalık otobüs mesafesinde olması, çalışanların nezaketi odaların genişliği, ferahlığı, ve özelliklede klimasının olması, her şey çok güzeldi. Great stay. We had a good time in Bruges with our stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Well positioned as a short walk away from the city and on the fringe of the old town. Great location. The staff were also extremely professional with the old school service work ethic in their welcome and introduction. We liked the big toilets and the buttons to press to change between bath tub, rain shower and shower head. Easy to use with strong water pressure. We liked the additional space to lounge around with a desk and small sofa.

Cons:

Honestly, the sheets were scratchy on our skin, and one of our beds was missing a mattress protector which we put on for ourselves as the housekeeping staff had gone back for the day. To be fair the hotel reception offered to help put it on but we said we would do it ourselves.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Lovely, comfortable and spacious room overlooking the square. Antique market took place from 4.30 am but due to double glazing windows , heard nothing. Had a shower in the bath which I am not a fan of, but, WOW, this one was great!

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Die Lage hat unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen – ideal, um Brügge zu Fuß zu erkunden. Auch das Hotel selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen: ein freundlicher Empfang, ein sauberes und komfortables Zimmer.

Alles war genauso, wie wir es uns erhofft hatten – oder sogar noch besser. Was will man mehr? Bei einer Buchung über Booking.com haben wir bereits hohe Erwartungen, und diese wurden hier in jeder Hinsicht erfüllt.

Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
