Pros:

Location - Amazing! Walking distance to everywhere. Even has bus station just outside hotel!

Reception: I don't speak Dutch, when leaving, the receptionist helped me to find out how to take the bus, even printed out the route, fab!

Cons:

Bed, I booked a double bed/or maybe king size bed, the bed was merged by two single mattresses.. in the middle of the night, the mattresses slipped, my son fell in the gap! :D

Water. First night we showered around 11pm... water was cold, even put to maximum hotness. Had a cold shower that day. Second day water was hot though.

Nice hotel close to everything in Bruges
Pros:

A few minutes walk from the famous Bruges square this hotel is also 15 minutes walk from the train station. The breakfast was nice and served in a beautiful sun-lit room. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Most of the time we were enjoying walking to this incredible old town that we all loved.

Cons:

Nothing really to comment except that they do not offer vanity kits in the bathroom, which someone expects from a four star hotel.

Pros:

Degelijk hotel, ligt net buiten het drukke historische centrum waardoor het rustig is. Comfortabele propere kamer met alles wat je nodig hebt. Uitgebreid ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. Wij waren met de fiets en konden die veilig wegzetten in de fietskelder.

Buena ubicación, remodelación a las apuradas
Pros:

Buena ubicación, a la entrada del centro.
Personal amable.
La recepción es linda, amplia y cómoda
Habitación amplia y moderna

Cons:

Parece que remodelaron a las apuradas el hotel. La habitación era nueva pero con desperfectos: la ducha no tenia drenaje y literalmente al bañarme se inundo TODO el baño. Hasta el pasillo salió el agua.
A su vez la puerta estaba desencajada y no cerraba el pestillo, el pasillo a las habitaciones estaba muy improlijo.
