Každý pokoj na jiném patře a pokoj pro dítě smrděl po cigaretách. Nebyla možnost výměny.

Pros:

Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı özellikle elvan çok yardımcı oldu türkçe bildiği için çok rahat hallettik işlerimizi sayesinde.Taharet musluğu olması çok büyük avantaj. Kahvaltı çok çok yeterliydi

Pros:

Şehre merkezine yürüme mesafesinde, hemen bitisinde AVM var. Kapalı otopark ücretsiz.. oda kalitesi üst düzey, zaten Türk markası olduğu için tüm Türkiye kanalları mevcut. Sabah kahvaltısı efsane ve otelin terasında. Tekrar gelirsem, başka otelde kalmam.

Pros:

Ovo je treci put kako smo boravili u ovom hotelu. Kao i uvek osoblje predivno! Sve pohvale za njih! Parkin u garazi. Sobe prostrane, ciste. Kreveti udobni. Dorucak dobar i raznovrsan. Ovaj put je bio savrsen mir i tisina tokom noci i jutra, iako se isprva do ponoci culo guranje namestaja po podu.

Cons:

Nadam se da cete ovaj komentar shvatiti kao konsutruktivnu kritiku, jer zaista obozavamo ovaj hotel i zelimo da zadrzi svoj prvobitni sjaj i razlog sto mu se uvek vracamo. Postoji par stvari koje bi voleli da povedete racuna, jer jedan lux hotel ne moze sebi dopustiti to, pogotovo po ceni nocenja koju naplacuje, i ako naziva smestajnu jedinicu delux a to je : u hodniku na spratu kom se nalazila soba se osecao neprijatan miris, smrad nalik znoju, na televiziji sem par Makedonskih kanala svi ostali su bili kanali na Turskom jeziku, minibar je bio potpuno prazan i neispravan( curila je voda iz frizidera), reza na vratima je delovalo da je slomljena, venecijaner zavesa izmesju kupatila i sobe nije radila takodje pokvarena, velika podna lampa u sobi takodje nije radila. Rezervisali smo sobu sa bracnim krevetom a dobili smo dva odvojena kreveta( to mozda nije tako ni strasno al opet na neki nacin je nepostovanje rezervacije). Ovo sve deluje kao sitnice i gluposti ali takve stvari ne smeju da se desavaju u jednom ovakvim hotelu.Takodje bilo bi lepo da kada imate gosta koji vam se vraca vise od 2x , da dobije neke povlastice i beneficije cime bi prepoznali i nagradili njegov povratak, kao mali znak paznje, i to sto cenite sto je opet odabrao vas npr poklon masaza, vecera, umanjenje cene za smestaj, besplatan minibar itd. Ovo su stvari koje mnogi drugi veliki lanci hotela primenjuju i zato im se gosti stalno vracaju.
Verujem da cete ove sitnice resiti i popraviti i da sledeci put kada dedjemo, a doci cemo sigurno, ce sve biti cista desetka. Hvala vam na razumevanju ovo moje zelje da budete najbolji!

Worth a 5 Star rating
Pros:

It was a really comfortable stay, modern and freshly built Hotel. Within a 5 minute walk to the inner city with all its monuments. Incredible breakfast is served in the restaurant with even outdoor seating possibilities. Daily room service tidied up the generous room perfectly.
