Apart from the location, everything else is quite average.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Bathroom - bathtub seems modern but water spills out to the floor at one end. The top of wash basin where water faucet is slant towards the sink, whatever is put there slide gradually into the sink.
Room - twin room with two single beds placed side by side like a double bed. No luggage rack, not even a small one.

Comfortable, Family friendly, and nice neiborhood
Pros:

I really happy staying in this DEL Style hotel and this is my first time stay in this hotel.
I like everything especially the bathroom size. It is not too small and bed is very comfortable and I will come back again.

Cons:

I don't find the lotion available in the hotel. Basically, amities is too small compare with other hotel for the same price. Also, I think in the reception lobby, you should provide some drink for fresh up or when needed. It will be more pleasant.
