The staff was excellent. We only had the breakfast once, but it was good. The bathroom was very nice, except for the height of the hooks and towels. The housekeeper put our towels on the stool rather than on the shelf meant for a giraffe,
We asked for twin beds. We got cots. My friend fell out of bed one night because it was so narrow, The room was small and cramped. We had to step out of each other's way in order to pass from one side to the other. There was only one chair for two people who stayed for 5 days. Did you expect your guiests to sit on the bed? Perhaps for young people, but not for elderly persons. Fortunately, your staff member found another chair.
Great location, very helpful staff, mini bar included, fantastic free walking tour of Lisbon
Room was fairly small but what I expected in the heart of a big city

Blue Liberdade is so well located. Perfect for quick trips around the city, by metro, or by foot. Great staff, wonderful amenities. I highly recommend.
Amazing location, staff, and amenities! One of the nicest small hotels I’ve ever stayed in and an incredible value! I would go back there in a heartbeat and stay for longer!
The location is perfect and the hotel is very clean and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful! This hotel is totally worth it
The hotel is perfectly located, clean and lovely. The staff is all friendly and the breakfast was wonderful.
Blue Liberdade is in the perfect location. It's right next to the metro, at the "entry point" of what I described as the way to get to all the central downtown places and at the bottom of the hill from all the upscale shops on Liberdade Ave. This saved us a FEW uphill treks at the end of the day compared to the hotels up the hill. The restaurant, Pinoquio is fantastic. Food is great, service amazing and a fun place to be at the end of the day. Think we ate there 4 times. The hotel staff were really nice and very accommodating. We appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the lobby, waters, sparkling wine, coffee and pastel de natas as well as the goodies in the room mini bar.
My room was a little small, but honestly, typical by European standards. I wish the hotel had a pool. I MIGHT have used it given the heatwave we experienced while there, but for sure, not a deal breaker.
