Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful. The location is fantastic.

Cons:

The flashing light on the smoke detector at night. However, it is there for my safety.

A good location for exploring Lisbon.
Pros:

Great location, clean well-equipped room, housekeeping and front desk staff. Loved the wireless speaker!

Cons:

Breakfast - service inconsistent and food was often cold, which we did share with the manager of this area. Small room but we expected this. Long book of rules and fully costed inventory for every item in the room - is this really necessary?

Friendly staff and hotel in a great location
Pros:

Location was excellent. Breakfast was very good, loads of choices. Staff super friendly, all very helpful. Free coffee and cakes at reception, free drinks in room fridge. Check out at 12 was very good also.

Würden wiederkommen
Pros:

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Besonders bemerkenswert war das sehr freundliche Personal. In der Lobby gab es kostenlosen guten Kaffee und Pasteis de Nata :) eine schöne Geste.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung :)
Es war alles da was man brauchte.

Comfortable and convenient location
Pros:

Got an upgrade on check in and the room was well laid out, spacious and very well soundproofed. The bed was super comfy and being able to order pillows to suit your preference was wonderful.

Cons:

Tiny thing - it would have been even better if there was a bar / more spacious reception to socialise in but we knew there wasn’t one when we booked.
