Días geniales en Lisboa
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación en el centro de la ciudad con transportes cerca y puntos de encuentro de muchísimos tours. Habitación cómoda y elegante con todo lo necesario para pasar unos buenos días. En la recepción tienes mini bar con cafés, infusiones y pastelitos de nata gratis, que siempre vienen bien para tomar un respiro entre tours. Personal muy agradable y atento, te resuelven cualquier problema o duda rápidamente. Desayuno muy rico con lo necesario para mantener una alimentación saludable en mi caso y a la vez tener tus caprichos más dulces. Sin duda repetiré la próxima vez, muy agradecido!

Wij komen hier graag terug! Geweldig.
Pros:

Wat een geweldig hotel.
Perfecte ligging, prachtige kamer met een heerlijk bed, attent en vriendelijk personeel.
Beneden in de hal bij de receptie staan drankjes, koffiemachine en een plateau met mini-pastel de nata. Gratis voor gasten.
Men kan ook gratis olv het personeel een stadswandeling maken van 1,5 uur indien gewenst.
Wij waren hier met Pasen en kregen een zakje Paaseitjes met een kaartje erbij om ons een fijn Pasen te wensen.
Op loopafstand van het hotel zijn café's, restaurants, winkeltjes in overvloed.
Wij komen graag terug!

Cons:

Voor wat betreft het hotel viel er helemaal niets tegen.
Wat we wel schrijnend en vervelend vonden is de hoeveelheid daklozen/verslaafden die aanhoudend komen bedelen om geld wanneer je op een willekeurig terrasje zit. Dit betreft een algemeen probleem in Lissabon.

Dit was overigens niet bij het hotel!!!
Het hotel heeft wel een buitenterras maar dat is mooi afgeschermd.
Het resraurant Pinoqio is erg populair en staat hoog aangeschreven.

Exceptional!
Pros:

Absolutely everything, the staff went over and above to ensure we were comfortable nothing was too much trouble. We arrived early and were immediately upgraded and shown to our room, which was perfect. Complimentary water and mini bar, room was spacious spotless and airy with floor length windows opening onto Juliet balcony with views of the city. Super location within waking distance of everything and situated only minutes from the metro. The complimentary walking tour was excellent, we will most definitely return

Excellent location! Excellent staff! Would stay again!
Pros:

Great location! Great staff! They help with everything and offer tips in the area. Bed was really comfortable and they had a crib for our 2 year old ready upon arrival. Also served breakfast until 11am (later than most hotels) which was nice for us as we adjusted to the time difference.

Cons:

Not really anything. If I had to pick something - they only have showers and I wish there was an option for a bath tub for our 2 year old but we knew that booking the room and brought a portable tub.

Check-in rápido e prático, atendentes impecáveis.
O quarto era no primeiro andar e virado para a avenida, mesmo assim o isolamento acústico é excelente, não foi possível ouvir nada da rua. O hotel está localizado em um edifício histórico, porém todo reformado e altamente moderno por dentro. Os quartos são pequenos porém confortáveis e muito limpos. O minibar é gratuito e oferece diversas opções de bebidas tais como água com e sem gás, sumos, refrigerantes e cerveja. Os banheiros são confortáveis com chuveiros bem pressurizados.
O café da manhã é simples, porém todos os produtos de excelente qualidade e sabor.
No lobby havia à disposição gratuita cafés, águas flavorizadas e espumante rose. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui!

Cons:

O acesso ao hotel chegando via Uber ou táxi é um pouco desconfortável pois não é possível estacionar logo em frente à recepção. Uma sugestão é utilizar uma das ruas laterais e fazer uma pequena caminhada ao invés de solicitar a parada na avenida da liberdade.

Cute place but too many negatives to stay again.
