The property itself is beautifully maintained and clean. It is very secure with a gated entry. However, we were on the third floor and there was no elevator. We all had 50lb suitcases and that was not fun. Once inside, the apartment is nice, clean and well stocked. The exception is the rugs and carpeting. The master bedroom had large black crispy stains throughout the room. The rug in the family room was also covered in dark stains. The bedroom had a small (12" D x 24" W) particle board dresser and no lamps. It was overhead lighting only which is a bummer to get into bed and then have the bright overhead light on or no light. There are no TV's in the bedrooms and only one side table. The bathrooms were both very nice and very clean. We cooked several meals there and found the kitchen to be very accessible and stocked with everything you need. The location worked well for us because we were there for the race, but otherwise there is not a lot around you. Overall, if they made some minor changes and upgrades, this would be a beautiful place to stay but right now it's looking well used.

In unit washer/dryer and includes basic hotel supplies such as an iron, fresh towels, body wash, and shampoo.

Excellent accommodations. A two bed apartment in a gated community just a 12 min ride from airport or 15 mins to city. Set within a residential area but just off a main highway. The noise is negligible inside the apartment. all kitchen appliances inc washer and dryer and tea/coffee and a kettle. Woohoo. Two bathrooms, hairdryer, shampoo, soaps etc. AC throughout and movie channels.
The only drawback was NO LIFT to the apartments. Lugging cases up 3 flights of stairs is a killer.

We liked the pool, the gym, and the location. Conveniently located close to the Austin airport and only 10 minutes from downtown Austin. We liked the gated community, which helped us feel safe. Our apartment was spacious and well-stocked with pots/pans, plates/glasses, washer/dryer, and full kitchen. A home away from home.

Absolutely loved this property.... the big sellers for us was the gym and pool. The location is convenient to the airport and can easily travel throughout the city. While i would not consider the property as upscale ~ I will definitely look to stay there in future visits.

Very clean and spacious!!

Nice accommodation but on second day of our 5 day stay we noticed the toilet was slow and by the third day it wouldn’t flush at all. We couldn’t get maintenance to come and fix it our whole stay. Also it was difficult to use the code to enter our room.

The unit was very clean, unfortunately as soon as we walked in there was a smell of weed inside. We were given a corner unit with two bedrooms but, every bedroom window was next to 6 AC units (12 total) which made it very hard to sleep because when all the AC units were on the buzzing of that was bad. We also tried going to the pool and couldn’t get it with the access given, fortunately other guest opened the gate for us. Lastly, we decided yo leave a day earlier because of the lack of sleep and experience and they would not credit me back the last night.
I honestly would not stay here again 😔

The location was great! We traveled to Dallas to watch a football game and the location was close to the stadium. The unit was clean and spacious.

I had a great stay at this property and would recommend it others. The pool area is super nice and my apt was very spacious

It felt like a home away from home. My Kasa apartment was spacious, clean and had every amenity I needed for a full week's stay. The highlights for me:
- Fully-equipped kitchen - where I was able to cook meals and save money.
- Slept soundly - the beds were comfortable with luxurious sheets. The area is quiet, and the bedrooms had blackout curtains.
- Balcony - large sitting area outside where I was able to watch the sunrise every morning.
- Gym and pool - staying active at the large and well-equipped gym and cooling off in the pool made my work stay feel like a real vacation.
- Ample parking - conveniently located near the airport. I rented a car and never had problems finding parking near my building.
- Safe and quiet area - even coming home at night, I always felt safe within the complex.
- Responsive staff - whenever I had a question or issue, I received a response almost immediately.

Super spacious 2 bed and 2 bath unit that made our stay really comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the amenities it offered including:

* a well-stocked, sizable kitchen - salt, pepper, evoo, pans, baking sheets, coffee machine, electric kettle and even tea for non-coffee drinkers like me

* bathrooms stocked with towels (including pool towels), body wash, shampoo and conditioner

* a really comfortable bed with multiple pillows - felt like we were at a high-end hotel

* a tv with Roku - made it easy to stream Netflix and to even cast my laptop

* strong wifi - was able to work remotely from the unit

* easy access with a keypad

* access to a gym and a nice pool area with loungers. The gym even had a Peloton!

Would definitely stay again.

Review for EVR booking: 5/5 stars. Check-in process was easy and instructions were explained clearly. Room was very clean. Lastly, Kasa was fantastic to work with -- super responsive! Will definitely be visiting again.

Very clean and very well explained outside of town was great location and area

Had to change apartments because first one wasn’t ready for us such as lock issues, no toilet paper, missing smoke alarm, no coffee pot, a/c turned completely off so it was almost 90 degrees. New apartment was much better but a stranger had code and got into apartment and maids didn’t clean the sheets and there was trash under the bed. I never leave reviews but this whole ordeal was awful. They gave us a $50 gift card and told us to have a nice dinner on them for all the trouble, but $50 won’t pay for a nice dinner for two people much less 4 of us.
