Pros:

Hotel in Nara am Ende der Einkaufsmeile. Sehr touristisch, daher/aber mitten drin. Am Abend stehen die Hirsche in Reih und Glied vor dem Hotel, naja …. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, zum See, war okay. Bett und Dusche gut. Das Hotel ist ein 80iger Jahre Bau, kein architektonischer Volltreffer. In Summe: gut für eine Nacht, knappe 4 Sterne.
Zum Frühstück gibts ein Fresspacket, alles drin, inkl. Fischhappen…. Hmmm, war das jetzt gut oder schlecht ?! Habe auf dem Bett liegend wie vor langen Zeiten mir die Tüte reingezogen 😁. War dann selbst erstaunt 😮.

Cons:

Wollte um 14:15 einchecken. Personal bestand aber auf 15:00 Regel. Laute Worte machten dann den Check in möglich…. Dies war vollkommen unnötig. Würde daher hier nicht nochmal buchen. Hatte danach schlechte Laune und habe ein Bierchen auf der schönen Terrasse getrunken.

Pros:

I liked the availability of the kitchen and instant soups like ume kombu cha. I liked the availability hours of the sento. Starting at 5AM is excellent!
The location is very close to the deer and convenient for restaurants.

Cons:

I would have preferred availability of food. We enjoyed to visit Iroha Grand Hotel for the breakfast and also lunch.
We thought the carpet or floor material in the room was dirty. We thought previous guests may have spilled food or used their showers indoors.
We didn't like the operation of the sink. The hand detection was inconvenient for a lot of purposes.

A pied depuis les 2 gares de Nara.
Proche temples, centre et restaurants.
Propre et chambre assez grande.

Cons:

Vue sur la ville et sur les temples... malheureusement la grande pagode est en rénovation et l'on voit seulement des échafaudages !
L’hôtel commence à être un peu vieillot et mériterait une rénovation.
Pas de petit déjeuner possible.

部屋の洗面台はお湯が出ない（トイレの手洗い用）
顔を洗うにはシャワーを浴びないとお湯で洗えない。

浴場用のカードの磁気が働かなく、寒いのにフロントに行かなければならなかった。

部屋の使い勝手が良くない。

Authentic, modern Nara escape.
Pros:

Japanese style hotel right above Starbucks, overlooking the pond, a short walk from Nara Park, Naramachi town, and the famous Mochi place. It's the best for exploring the town area which is beautiful and charming, old historical shops, restaurants, crafts shop, sweet shops, etc. The room was so spacious, and serene. The bathroom was nice and spacious! They have a lounge with drinks, tea, coffee, miso soups. The public bath was clean, spacious, and beautiful.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little salty and overcooked.

秋の奈良を満喫、古都の素晴らしさを再発見
Pros:

猿沢池を眺めて、和風のテイストの洋間に泊まる。
朝は興福寺の鐘の音で目覚める。ロケーションの良さは最高で、どこに行くにも便利だつた。スタッフも親切だった。

Captures the charm of Nara. I would go back.
Pros:

Great location with a large terrace overlooking the pond. Nice public lounge area with basic kitchen facilities plus free coffee & tea. Spacious room with cool decor.

Cons:

Strange room layout with very small sink right next to TV in living area. I noticed the cabbage-y smell that others have mentioned, I guess coming from the kitchen. Not too bad and it wasn’t constant.

新しくて清潔。スタッフが笑顔で親切。
全てが突出せず、かと言って欠落もせず、うまい具合に整っている。

Cons:

もうすこし大浴場が大きかったら大満足。朝ごはんがお弁当なのもコスパはいいが少し寂しい。

Pros:

Great location and staff. Love the pj's and enjoyed the public bath. We enjoyed coffee/tea in the free lounge and sitting out a the terrace over looking the pond and people watching was amazing.

Cons:

The carpet in the room was a bit stained due to wear. But we were provided slippers.
