Movenpick уровня 2 звезды
Pros:

Остановились только по одной причине - близко к аэропорту.

Cons:

Останавливались в других городах в movenpick и ожидали такого же уровня и здесь.
В итоге у номере с кухней из посуды было только две кружки, с учётом что проживали 3 человека.
По просьбе конечно принесли со второго раза нужную посуду, но не понятно зачем кухня.
В целом, недочеты присутствовали все проживание и их можно перечислять долго.
Я бы подумал, перед тем как останавливаться здесь.

Housekeeping thank you so much, Mr. Yakoub It was very professional very quick very clean Top Vip service from them. Reception it was fantastic job absolutely I will come more than one time for this hotel because it’s family hotel and they respect all the people from Arab country and Europe the Rome and the house it was super clean super nice we get the room number 1557 it was very nice very clean absolutely I’m very happy because I chose this hotel and I will come every time with my family thank you guys for your effort and your professional top vip hotel

Es un apartamento bien decorado y muy cómodo. El desayuno es realmente increíble y el personal muy atento.

Cons:

Fue imposible regular la temperatura de la habitación, ni nadie me pudo ayudar a solucionar este problema: era demasiado caluroso (tuve que dormir con las ventanas abiertas en pleno invierno para poder refrescar la habitación).

العاملين كلهم كانو متعاونين جدا اي شي تطلبه يوفرونه للغرفه فيها مطبخ
والتنظيف والخدمات ممتازه الفندق نظيف لكنه بعيد عن وسط اسطنبول تحتاج ميزانيه للمواصلات اذا ما عندك سياره 1200 الى 1500 ليره مشوار التاكس ذهاب وعوده 3000 ليره ساعة بالتاكسي مع الزحمه

Sehr Tolle Hotel, immer wieder gerne fahren wir dorthin.

Alles, vom Empfang bis Küchen personal, alle hilfsbereit und sehr nett

Cons:

Sauberkeit war nicht so wie früher, früher waren die Zimmer sehr sauber, dieses Mal haben sie schleifen lassen, hängt vielleicht davon ab das die personal soviele Zimmer haben zu Reinigen, Reinigungspersonal haben uns immer wieder gefragt, aber wir haben unser kleine Hunde und Katzen dabei, wie immer. Kann besser werden, Herr Yusuf hat uns immer wieder gefragt ob er sauber machen kann.
