Overall a great hotel!
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating, I accidentally booked smoking room and they were able to give me a non smoking option which was higher value than what I paid for.

Cons:

There was a smell in the kitchen coming from pipes but it disappeared on its own next morning

Nice one night just for transit in istanbul

Nice hotel and personnel but need a refresh for a 5star the room was not very nice, a lot of old stuff need to be refreshed ( floor, bathroom )

Pros:

Der Service war top. Yakup hat ein krassen Zimmerservice gemacht. Zudem sind die Manager und Leute von der reception sehr hilfsbereit gewesen. Gökhan, Yasin und Mevlut und die nette Dame Vesile Kaya.
