The size of the 4 bedroom apartments was very generous
The staff weren’t very responsive when we requested stuff it took ages to come and never came on some occasions.
When we arrived our room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was very dusty, we had to request for housekeeping to come back and clean.
Kitchen had no utensils, mosquitos in bedrooms
Staff is very helpful the staff is the only thing good at this hotel
The suites are not clean and the AC is too old its not working properly electricity problems and also the room service food can’t eat it i don’t recommend
اعجبني موظفين المقهى و المطعم فقط
لقد سقطت كورة طفلي في مكان لا يستطيع الوصول الليه الا موظفين الفندق فقط وهو سقف حمام السباحه الزجاجي الموجود في الصوره و اخبرت موظف الاستقبل بذالك و اخبرني انه لا يستطيع فعل شي نهائياً مع انهم يستطيعون ولكنهم لا يريدون و بهذا لم نستطع اخذ الكوره نهائياً
It was a three bedroom villa and it was spacious
it seems like the villa was faulty, the lights not working, fridge and washing machine not working a lot of the floorboards not put together, seem like there was some sort of water damage because the wallpaper was bubbling up from the paint. Food was going off in the fridge had to get a an engineer every other day to come and sort out all the problems. The walls in the corridor not like how was described in the picture. I was looking and looked like it needed refurbishing definitely not worth the money. It was frustrating and time-consuming because we would have to wait for the engineer to come which would take up to 30mins- 1 hour to arrive.
bad experience
I lost 2200 SAR from our bag the after room housekeeping cleaned the room
I was charged 1000euros for something the hotel bad facilities (water not running properly in the shower drain which caused flooding even they cleaned the water after calling them many times and very late )which was not acceptable to me since the facility needs maintenance. And after that they surprised me that I had to pay this amount when I was leaving to the airport

Grootte kamers en comfort in de kamer.
Communicatie was bar slecht. Niemand die je kan bereiken als je de receptie belt. Te weinig personeel voor zo grote hotel.

صراحة فندق بمبلغ كبير واخرتها يقولي التحكم بالمكيف عندهم ومايجي احد حتى يصلحه شيء مخجل والله
جينا لقينا باب الدولاب حق الخزنه خربان ثمن جابوا واحد يصلحه
بالحمام الابوب حقت المروش تخاف تفتحها وتخرب لانها تهتز
Понравилось, что 3 комнаты в одном номере, комфортно разместились 4 взрослых
