Perfect location to soak up the sun and enjoy the city!
Pros:

The location/proximity was amazing. Walkable to the French Quarter and amazing restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. The decor was fun and colorful! The pool was just what we were looking for and could always find a spot! The staff were SO friendly and the head bellhop was outstanding!

Cons:

The only negative that we had was the fan/AC in the room was SUPER loud. Tried to have facilities look at it, which they admitted some rooms are louder than others and the 2nd room they offered had the same noise level. It sounded like being on an airplane near the engines.

The bartenders were great The staff at the window were exceptionally great. The beds were very comfortable with good pillows location location excellent The VIP parking super nice people The belvedries held our bag until our room was available

We had to wait about an hour on a room once we got there but was so nice... But as soon as it was ready they text us and we came on

A very good, newer hotel with great design
Pros:

Great hotel decor and overall vibe. Went for Mardi Gras and they were sold out but the flow and movement around the hotel was well planned. Well designed rooms, though there should be a way to shut off the automatic closet lights when you don't need them. Right around the corner is a CVS as well as a full size Rouse's market with a ton of prepared foods.

Cons:

We arrived just slightly earlier than their posted check-in. They took a cell number and texted when the room was ready, unfortunately it was 45 min after their posted check-in. But, it was Mardi Gras and they said they were both sold out and short staffed. The pool closes for guest use at 7pm--though we were told it is heated, unfortunately we weren't able to make the 7pm cutoff--and Mardi Gras day, they just had it closed when I looked. Part of the reason we booked here was the heated pool. It is a bit of a hike to the french quarter.

Very stylish clean hotel, nice friendly staff everywhere.
Pros:

Beautiful rooms and common areas and city views.
Chamber design is great.

Cons:

Pool is a decoration only, a pity they didn’t add a few feet to it in length and depth.
Had a rooftop corner room which was fab, but one window has a giant TV screen in the way, what a waste! A retractable TV screen would be the way to go.
