Pros:

Nice view, close to time square, subway.

Cons:

Not door in the bathroom, all the floor get wet, you need clean by yourself.

The stay was awesome. The bed was so comfortable you just sunk right into it. Best sleep I’ve gotten in a long time.
Pros:

Property was very clean quiet and close to everything. The staff went above and beyond to always help, and held great conversations. Have to give a special shot out to Kayla who went above and beyond to find me and my friend some Rockafella oysters. It was just her time ave dedication. She always looked gorgeous her hair was beautiful.

An unforgettable stay in the heart of New York — we will definitely be back! ⭐
Pros:

Our stay at CIVILIAN was absolutely wonderful! We came for our honeymoon and let them know — they made it feel so special. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — we slept great every single night. The location in Hell's Kitchen is perfect, with everything within walking distance. The late checkout made our last day so much easier. We loved every moment. Next time we visit New York, we will definitely stay here again!

Loved it - will absolutely back.
Pros:

Very cool and the location was amazing. Staff super super friendly and helpful

Cons:

Even though we booked a small room it was tiny and could be laid out better with more hooks on the walls for hanging clothes and perhaps more shelves. We were there for 10 days - so I’m thinking that would have helped. Food at rooftop pretty average - but the downstairs bar is gorgeous and a very cool vibe.

Our room was very small. We knew it was going to be, and it was lovely, but there was limited hanging /storage space so we had to live out of our cases

Pros:

Ottima posizione al centro di Manhattan a 2 min da Times Square. Camere silenziose e pulite. Colazione inclusa a sorpresa

Cons:

Camera accogliente ma decisamente piccola. Forse un po' troppo in caso di soggiorni lunghi e valigie grosse (non il mio caso). Costo un po' alto anche se siamo a NYC.

Hadde lett valgt hotellet igjen på grunn av spesielt resepsjonspersonell og beliggenhet.
Pros:

Helt fantastisk beliggenhet, fantastisk personale i resepsjonene men frokost personalet var litt mindre ekstroverter... Rommet var svært lite og ikke plass for å henge opp klær etc men rent, ryddig og dusjen var god.

Cons:

Rommene er for små, frokosten var lite spennende for å si det mildt med utrolig lite utvalgt i forhold til pris. Personal i bar, restaurant og resepsjon var fantastiske men frokost personal var mindre ekstrovertet, men hyggelige for det om.

Wir hatten einen wirklich fantastischen Aufenthalt im Civilian Hotel! Die zentrale Lage war perfekt, und unser modernes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer hat uns sofort begeistert. Das bequeme Bett, die tolle Dusche und der atemberaubende Blick über New York haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal hat uns jederzeit herzlich willkommen fühlen lassen, und die kleine Überraschung war eine wunderschöne zusätzliche Geste. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
