Important information:

Pros:

super personnel, decor tres sympa, 3 restos-bar à dispo, l'ambiance etait trés cool avec DJ le weekend et superbe vue depuis le roof-top

Amazing memories with my daughter to celebrate her 21st birthday!
Pros:

Excellent continental breakfast available, fresh fruit pastries, cereal ect... also complimentary tea/coffee & water available through out the day which was a lovely bonus, water station outside room, a great bonus also!
Excellent Location, 2 min to Time Square, great views of NY skyline and the Edge, beautiful room, small but fully equipped, loved the bathroom!!, we really loved our stay @Civilian and would definitely stay here again! Civilian is stylish hotel, great design, I did not want to leave especially the cocktail room/breakfast room. Unfortunately we did not get to experience the rooftop bar, we plan to come back:)

Tres bon hotel boutique avec beaucoup de charme
Pros:

Décor très sympa , bonne ambiance dans les restos et bars. Personnel très sympa et toujours disponible.

Cons:

Pas assez de place pour accrocher des vêtements - mais si non excellente

Séjour très agréable , vue magnifique !
Pros:

La chambre était comme sur les photos ; lit très confortable et douche spacieuse . Très belle vue depuis la chambre ! L’hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter New York. Concert de jazz au bar de l’hôtel .

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles.

Great location, staff and comfy rooms!
Pros:

The location is amazing if you want to do the usual tourist sights, watch theatre shows etc! It’s close to heaps of shops, food and drink places and subway stations.

Staff were super friendly and always helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the coffee facilities.

Très bel hôtel, chic. Petite chambre mais à NYC nous ne restons pas enfermés dans la chambre !! Très bien placé, rooftop très sympa. Café gratuit au 2eme étage le matin.

Excellent stay and would definitely recommend to people for a stay!
Pros:

Such a good location, easy to get to places from where you are walking/subway. The staff were lovey and we enjoyed our stay very much. Was a nice vibe to the hotel and beds were comfy!
