Very nice & Clean suites
Pros:

Everything was exceptional; very clean, spacious, bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, heating/air conditioning in each room. All the necessities and more were included which was great. This accommodated us perfectly for 3 nights and we think it would be more than suitable for a longer stay. The location is great, bus stop 1 minute walk opposite the apartment which takes you straight into Venice in 15 minutes. Also train station 15 minutes walk away from apartments and the journey to the airport only 25 minutes on bus. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend if you are looking to visit Venice while staying outside of the main area.

Очень удобное месторасположение. Остановка автобуса рядом, огромный супермаркет через дорогу. Железнодорожный вокзал в пешей доступности. Чистые и уютные апартаменты.

Good location but the rest was bad
Pros:

It was close to the bus stop

Cons:

The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, there is a coffee machine but no coffee pods, there is no hot water , the bed was uncomfortable and the blanket was very thin especially for winter

l'emplacement à qq minutes de Venise : bus au bas du bâtiment ou à 15 mn à pied de la gare ferroviaire

Pros:

No Puedo decirlo dado que no me pudieron entregar el departamento por inconvenientes que debieron solucionar , pero como el aviso fue sobre la fecha me reservaron habitación por el mismo tiempo en hotel confortable cerca de la terminal santa Lucia , así que valoro la respuesta a la situación y lo agradezco

Dobry apartament w korzystnej lokalizacji, ale ma drobne mankamenty
Pros:

Miła obsługa, szybka pomoc przy problemie z kartą do apartamentu
Szerokie wyposażenie bardzo na plus (żelazko, deska do prasowania, pralka suszarka itd)
Dobra lokalizacja - blisko do stacji autobusowej i dworca kolejowego, obok dużo sklepów w tym duży Interspar. Można bardzo szybko przedostać się do Wenecji pociągiem (ok 10-15 minut)
Klimatyzacja
Okolica dość spokojna, nie było hałasu nocami

Cons:

Generalnie czysto w środku, ale taras pełen niedopałków, zaniedbany
Widać zużycie apartamentów (odrapane ściany, winda raz działa raz nie)
200 euro depozytu - nie mam z tym problemu, ale nie było na ten temat żadnej informacji przed zabookowaniem apartamentu, dopiero w wiadomości prywatnej

Apartamentos nuevos, muy bien equipados, lavavajillas y lavadora incluida. parada autobús L4 en la puerta del edificio , directo a Venecia en 15m. Camas muy grandes y cómodas.

Cons:

Pondría un espejo en la sala , o el dormitorio, cuando el baño está ocupado es muy útil. También un microondas.

Great place to be at to visit Venice and be with your partner. I would definitely stay again
Pros:

Great value for the price, excellent location (bus stop to Venice right outside the building), commerce on the street (pizza place, grocery stores), the place even had a small terrace, two TVs, and it was overall stylish.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't great, the toilet flushed way too hard and spiller a little (clean) water outside, the shower was a little small. The pillows were not good. I wish the TVs were smart TVs.
