Great location lovely and clean

Cons:

We were put in room 228 right next door to the noisy lift machinery that kept us awake all night the lady receptionist said they hadn’t had any complaints but the maintenance people said they bearly use the room because of the noise kept us awake most of the night as the lift moved up and down.!

Great proximity to the beach, amazing rooftop pool, good customer service.
Pros:

It was close to the beach and the rooftop pool was amazing. Good customer service with kind front desk staff. Clean room.

Cons:

The shower took forever to drain and by night 4 completely stopped draining (but they sent someone to fix it immediately)

Cons:

Walls are so thin in the rooms I could hear the person next door snoring like they were in my room. It was really creepy bc it felt like we were staying with another person in our room and could hear everything they did and said.

Cons:

No good client service, breakfast was normal, room wasn’t able to open shades, pool has few chairs and pool beds, expensive for the service provided, bad bed quality. Wouldn’t recommend.
