Very short left when the tvs couldn’t work

TVs didn’t work at all no cable no screen mirror couldn’t even connect to WiFi and watch YouTube but it’s a nice smart tv that’s useless breakfast mid wouldn’t really recommend it ill just get a cup of juice maybe fruit near spoil apples soft bananas brown just all around bad experience never booking here again the price really kills it

Pros:

The cable was out the entire time. Also the air did not work properly at all. Due to extreme quiet (no TV or air circulating) we could hear everything the person in the (adjoining) room next door all night. No sleep was possible. Expecting free night or added points since we are IHG members and due to having our visit cut short. Usually we have a good experience when we stay there, but this was our annual Florida trip that was not a good experience.

Ruined whole vacation

Sandra Fonteneau Karma remember that name she’s the manager the rudest person I’ve ever met threatened to have me trespassed for complaining about issue with TV service. I would not cancel my reservation would not compensate me when booking third-party through. Hotel planner no mention of TV service being out for a week no attempt to fix the problem and said TV on my vacation was no big deal.

It was comfortable and clean

Cons:

No TV was available during our stay. It wasn’t told to us at front desk. We found out because of sign in elevator. So who knows how long the problem was going on. In the end it was ok, but things like that should be told at front desk.

Good staff, nice bkfst provided, hotel was pretty tidy, but with no television and internet your time in your room was q

Cons:

This hotel has not had television connection, nor internet connection for 6 days and no indication when it would be back. The staff said they didn’t even know and that their corporate people couldn’t tell them either.
