Clean and great location with exceptional staff
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, cheerful staff, great breakfast.

Cons:

Bed mattress was much too soft! Mattress was softer than a marshmallow. Left me with an achy back. Also, the TV remote was incredibly difficult to use….we had to contact the front desk staff and then have them come to the room to demonstrate the 4 steps required to turn on the TV and find channels.

This is a wonderful hotel for families

Outstanding beds, room and service and personnel.
Pros:

Very good coffee and breakfast. The attendants were polite and quick to respond and help out. Not too crowded; there was enough room for all the guests.

Great choice for our weekend in Pensacola Beach
Pros:

Location was great, proximity to essential services, yet set back from the highway for quiet, convenient parking. Found the hotel common areas, hallway sixth floor, and my room exceptionally clean looking and smelling, and easy on the eyes for this category of hotel. AC worked efficiently. Tons of useful counterspace. Room was surprisingly spacious. Bathroom good size too. Special mention and kudos and Ms. Tina Kissinger (spelling?) who helped pack up some breakfast one morning when we were a little late after the 930am closing. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Cons:

Details like bath towels were too thin and kind of small. Toilet seat wobbled like crazy. Closet on small side for two adults. Shower ingress/egress snug for tall persons. Mini fridge noisy, so we had to unplug it to sleep at night. These are what come to mind. Overall a great stay albeit on the pricier side for this hotel class in our opinion. Pensacola hotels seemed pricier than expected overall during our search. Shame our weather was so inclement during our three days. Would recommend and return to this property nonetheless.
