Basic but great for us !
Pros:

Our room was basic and enormous and our beds were comfortable. The reception staff both day and night were really helpful. The location, for us, was great. There were a few expat bars/restaurants around which were good fun and interesting speaking to the Viet Vets. Great little store next door for your supplies. There was no breakfast at this Hotel but we didn't starve given the amount of eating places around. If you need to be overlooking the sea then this place is not for you.

Good for single travelers for short stay
Pros:

The location is very good. easy to access to the shops and restaurants nearby.
