Using GPS navigation, you can enter Lungomare E. Mattei as your destination. Here you will find a flashing light with directions to the Magnolia hotel.
After the Magnolia hotel, turn right 164 feet. After Torre Silvana, a 15th-century tower, you will find the signs for Maresol.
The structure's GPS coordinates are N 41.86453° and E 16.15994°. We are present on Google Maps.

Air conditioning is available upon request and at an additional cost, as is a shared washing machine.

The first supply of linen is included in the total cost. A change of linen is available for a fee. The price list is at the reception.

Daily cleaning on request is subject to charges and does not include the kitchen and dishes.

The hob, refrigerator and all utensils must be left washed and tidy.

Bellissimo appartamento, come del resto l’intera struttura. Tutto curato nei minimi particolari, è stato come sentirsi a casa.

A wonderful location with a gorgeous property — everything is well-kept, tastefully arranged, and incredibly clean.
The rooms and furnishings are simple, but clean and tidy, which is very pleasant.
When we had an issue with the plumbing, the hostess resolved it immediately.
The staff is simply amazing! Many thanks to Giovanna and the whole team, and also to Francesco for an unforgettable boat excursion!

Cons:

The air conditioners needed cleaning, as there was a specific odor. However, I am confident that this issue has already been resolved!

Silenzio, spazioso, confortevole,ampio spazio esterno. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Bellissima vista

Il wi-fi non funzionava, spesso l’acqua calda finiva. Un po’ fuori mano (sebbene a soli 2 km dal lungomare mattei) ma questo veniva bilanciato dai vantaggi (giardino, silenzio, ecc)

Heerlijk ontspannen lokatie om Vieste en de mooie kustlijn te bezoeken.
Pros:

Zeer gastvrij en enthousiast ontvangen door de hostess. Ze kwam direct met goede tips over restaurants, strandjes en excursies. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en het ontbijt was elke dag een verrassing. De residence heeft verschillende terassen met mooie uitzichten.

Lo recomiendo al 100%!
Fuimos yo y mi pareja a pasar una semana a Vieste, la residencia está a 5 minutos en coche del centro, lo que quiere decir que está arriba en una colina donde solo escuchas el ruido de la montaña y eso nos encantó.
Giovanna fue la que nos atendió cuando llegamos, nos enseño las playas y lo que más nos recomendaba hacer esos días, fue muy atenta en todo momento y cualquier duda que teníamos estaba ahí.
En relación a la habitación, nos tocó una con las vistas al mar y el balcón privado, como estas en la montaña no nos hizo falta poner ni el aire acondicionado ni el ventilador, los dos te vienen incluidos, sin pagar ningún extra.
Gracias por todo porque nos lo hizo todo muy fácil Giovanna, lo recomendaremos!
