Hotel con camere spaziose, posizione ottima, tutto molto pulito.
Pros:

La camera spaziosa, la possibilità di fare colazione a pagamento in struttura (quella offerta standard era troppo ridotta, per noi), la posizione comodissima.

Cons:

Migliorerei la colazione standard, è veramente troppo basic, forse dare una piccola alterrnativa dolce sarebbe utile. Poi metterei una piccola macchinetta per caffè o tè, anche a pagamento, in reception.

Very clean but costly hotel in Kyoto
Pros:

Location is really good, a lot of markets and restaurants nearby. It is very close to metro station.
Cleanliness is awesome
The check in and check out process is excellent

Cons:

Staff was good, especially a lady from Taiwan (cannot recall her name); she was very helpful. Unfortunately, the other people I dialed with can't communicate well and didn't show much interest in providing support. This could be improved.
The Cafe located on 1st floor is super expensive.

Great location but fell short on basics

-lockers for luggage on checkout

Cons:

-breakfast was terrible
-welcome by staff was cold in comparison to anywhere else I’ve experienced in Japan. No smiles no hello. The lady on checkout (wearing a blazer) was lovely and if she’d been there on arrival may have been different. The other staff just looked like they didn’t want to be there.
-lots of large tour groups so very congested in the mornings getting in and out
-no kettle in the room
-had to ask for water every day which seemed like an inconvenience to the staff (just provide in the room)
-no luggage forwarding services.. nearest one was 8mins away which I had to find myself, staff unhelpful when asked

das Frühstück ist dem Preis nicht würdig.
In Tokio wird oft frisch gekocht am Morgen.
Hier gab es lediglich ein Sandwich und auch das dauerte sehr lange.

Boa estadia em um hotel limpo e moderno
Pros:

O quarto seguramente foi a melhor qualidade do hotel: limpo, amplo para os padrões japoneses e muito bem equipado. O chuveiro é ótimo e os móveis do quarto eram novos.
A localização é boa, há linhas de ônibus por perto e lojas de conveniência.

Cons:

O único ponto negativo foi o café da manhã: a versão gratuita é muito pequena e o sanduíche parece muito maior nas fotos. Além disso, eu não encontrei orientações para reservar um café da manhã melhor na cafeteria do hotel e as opções pagas não pareciam ser muito boas também.
