לפני שאתחיל אני חייבת לציין שאני אדם מאד מאד ביקורתי וכבר הייתי בלא מעט בתי מלון בעולם. הגעתי למלון בזכות הדירוג הגבוה בבוקינג הודות לעובדה ששלחתי פניה (כדי להיכנס לחדר לפני הזמן) והיא נענתה, כך שראיתי שהתייחסו ברצינות לשאלה שלי. יחד עם זאת, לאור חוות דעת לא אותנטיות לעתים, לא היו לי ציפיות בכלל מהמלון. היות וזו היתה נסיעת עבודה לא היו לי כמעט דרישות. למרות זאת, הופתעתי מאד. היתה לי חוויה מרגשת, משמחת ומעצימה בשהותי במלון. ראשית הצוות, בראשות COSTAS, קיבל את פניי ופני בני בשמחה, בנינוחות, בחום אנושי רב. בהמשך השהות ושאלתי שאלות הקשורות להתמצאות במקום יצא לנו להנות משיחות מועילות וגם משעשעות עם כל שאר הצוות: CHRISTOS, CHRISTIANA, IRENE, MARIA, GEORGE C. and GEORGE E. הצוות תמיד מחייך ותמיד מציע פתרונות מעבר למקובל.סייעו לנו במלון הרבה מעבר למה שציפינו ולמה שמקובל והכל בנדיבות אין קץ ומתוך דאגה אמיתית וכנה שיהיה לנו טוב. גם הבן שלי זכה ליחס כל כך חיובי וחם שזו היתה חוויה נהדרת גם בשבילו. היה לנו חבל מאד לעזוב ואני מתכוונת לכל מילה. כל בקשה שלנו נענתה מיידית, אפילו צוות המנקות מחייך. באמת שלא ראיתי דבר כזה במקומות אחרים. הכל נקי, נגיש, נמצא קרוב מאד לטיילת, באזור שקט ונעים. האוכלוסייה המתארחת במלון היתה גם כן נעימה (הכל קשור לצוות הניהול, זה משפיע על הכל ועל כולם). אני ממש מרגישה שהשארתי משפחה בלרנקה. אני מתארת לעצמי שלכתוב דברים כל כך טובים מעלה חשד של קשר כלשהו למקום אבל באמת שאני לא מכירה אף אחד מהם ומעולם לא הייתי בקפריסין. אני פשוט יודעת לזהות איכות אנושית ומקצועית וזה לחלוטין המקרה של ליאונרדו בוטיק. בימים של כאוס פוליטי ואחר, אנשי המלון נתנו לי תקווה שהאנושות והאנושיות ינצחו את הכל. לסיכום אני רוצה לציין, שהמלון ואנשיו גרמו לי לאהוב את קפריסין אפילו יותר..

מאוד אהבנו את המיקום במרכז העניינים, אהבנו את העיצוב, את הניקיון.
הריח בלובי היה כל הזמן נעים ותמיד הייתה הרגשה של רוגע.
החדר היה בגודל טוב. המרפסת השקיפה לרחוב הראשי אבל לא הרגשנו חשופים.
האוכל היה מגוון וטעים.
הצוות היה שירותי ונעים ותמיד נענה בחיוך לכל בקשה. עוד מלפני ההגעה ביקשתי במייל חדר בקומה נמוכה ואכן דאגו להכין לנו חדר לפי בקשתינו.
קיבלנו צ'ופר של כניסה חופשית לטרקלין לאורך כל השהות שלנו במלון שזה היה בונוס מאוד נחמד.
בגלל ציק אאוט מוקדם, ארזו לנו ארוחת בוקר ודאגו לנו למונית.
נהננו מאוד ונשמח נחזור.

Amazing stay, hotel and staff that makes a difference!
Pros:

- very good location, 5-7 min walk to the beach and main promenade, a lot of restaurants around, close to the intercity bus stop that will take you i.e. to Paphos, Nicosia, Ayia Napa. 15-20 min walk to get to the main city bus station that will take you around Larnaca and to the airport (~20 min by bus). Church of Saint Lazarus in around 10 min walk - simply great location
- nice rooms and common areas, there is a coffee bar open until quite late
- good breakfast with variaty of choice in a very nice dining room
- amazing and friendly staff members, especially Kostas (guest service manager) who wa above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. He upgraded us to Executive Lounge and was checking every day to make sure eveything is ok and we feel comfortable. Other staff members also very helpful and friendly i.e. Mateus (breakfast staff) and other that I don't remember the names (sorry!)
- nice view from the roof pool area (unfortunatly for us it was closed, as we were here in February out of the pool season)
- I will definatly recommend this hotel to all my friends and in a scenarion I am back in Larnaca that will be my 1st choice

Cons:

- well, nothing really, as there were few minor things that are not affecting the overall score so not sure if that would be even worth mentioning i.e. nice scent branding in the lobby and rooms was bit too intense in my opinion; shower door were not closing tight sp ypu want to make sure not to direct the water flow (room #110)

Generally we enjoyed our stay, but not sure if we will return again..
Pros:

The location was excellent, the property is literally in the middle of everything. Breakfast was nice, although lacking variety (same stuff every day). Most staff were friendly and helpful, some even exceptionally kind and thoughtful.

Cons:

There seems to be a big issue with the cleanliness of the property. We stayed in a room where the sheets were replaced multiple(!) times. Also, I wouldn't recommend getting a room with a city view in the winter if you have noise problems - cool air from a/c systems is turned off in the winter. Finally, we were moved to an upgraded room as a result which, while appreciated, had issues of its own - sheets and pillowcases dirty, complimentary water bottle half empty(!!), hair on towels..
