חדר מהמם. ארוחת בוקר נהדרת. מיקום גם מרכזי וגם שקט.
מנהל המלון נוכח, מסתובב,זמין ומאד עם אצבע על הדופק ,קשוב ואכפתי .

Cons:

נדרש שיפור בטרקלין קומה 5. לעיתים חסרים פריטים.
המתגים לפעמון הדלת ( צלצול,״סדר חדר״ ״לא להפריע״ מצריכים ריכוז ושינון.

Schönes Hotel

Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht da und konnten nicht alles wie z. B. den Pool nutzen. Werden aber wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir wieder in Larnaka sind.

Die Lage passte für uns, es sind einige Gehminuten zum Strand.
Wir würden lieber hier übernachten, etwas weiter zum Strand, als am Strand in einem anderen Hotel.

Ich hatte versehentlich ein Zimmer ohne Fenster gebucht, wir haben im Hotel ein anderes Zimmer bekommen.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es wurde immer wieder nachgefühlt, sobald etwas leer wurde.

Während des Frühstücks wurde eine Qualitätsbefragung durchgeführt, ( die man natürlich auch verschieben kann ) um etwaige Mängel oder Unzufriedenheit, wenn vorhanden, direkt zu beheben.

Wir waren drei Nächte auf Zypern, das war mit Abstand unser schönstes Hotel.

Recommended. Enjoyable stay!
Pros:

Quiet location with a wide selection of restaurants nearby and beach front a short walk. Useful convenience store, for cheap bottled water & snacks a few yards from the main entrance. Staff excellent & very helpful. The buffet breakfast was good quality, well presented, with plenty of choice. Our room was spacious & well equipped. It was a really enjoyable stay.

Cons:

A few minor negative comments. We had a 3am morning call on our last day, so when presumably the staff started reconfiguring the room above ours at midnight, it wasn't conducive to a good night's sleep. The duvet tog rating seemed too high for Cyprus (even in March), I had to keep kicking it off during the night. All our towels were needlessly changed each day even though we left them on the available rails. On booking we requested a twin room, but it was only on arrival that the Reception was able to confirm (relief!).

A wonderful short stay
