Beautifully appointed rooms, handy location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location for me, near the shops, river, work venue, etc. The room was large, clean, had a small kitchen and bathroom. The staff on the phone for the check in were clearly used to idiots like me trying to get in the wrong front door and then trying to get in the room with the keypad, but were funny, patient and friendly. Would recommend.

Cons:

I find hard beds a bit uncomfortable as my hips want a bit of give, so it was a bit too hard for me. I also wanted a bit more heat in the room, but the shops were close so I bought a hot water bottle and snuggled down under the fluffy blankets provided. These were minor issues, I was tired after a lot of travel for a work, so just wanted everything to help me get the best nights sleep - which in fairness I had!

FANTASTIC
Pros:

THE APARTMENT WAS VERY NEAT; THE LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC, JUST 5 MIN AWAY FROM THE TRAIN STATION, AND THE BUS STOP WAS JUST RIGHT OUTSIDE THE HOUSE.

Cons:

THE PHONE NUMBER ON THE APP DIDN'T PICK UP WHEN WE ARRIVED TO ASK QUESTIONS.

Ideally situated for our needs. Bed was very comfy. It was also very warm which was ideal for a January stay.

Cons:

Could've been pre-warned in correspondence about lack of hotel style amenities (hair dryer/milk etc)
We understand why you may not want to supply these as they may go astray but an add on at the end of the check-in details would've been handy.
Apart from those couple of niggles everything was great and we will certainly stay again.

We got there eventually.
Cons:

It would have been very useful to know as this was our first visit that parking in Newark is extremely limited. It took us 2 hours to find somewhere to leave the car for 24h (St Marks gate NCP). If I had known about the railway I would have come by train.

Lovely rooms and perfect for exploring Newark.
Pros:

Very spacious, clean and comfortable room in an excellent location. Friendly staff too though they are not on site. Good value for money.

Poor service, dirty and lumpy mattress. Would not reccomend.

Location fine, but overwhelmingly negative experience overall.

Cons:

The place itself seemed promising, but when we got there the towels, and bedding were dirty and the bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. And then the customer service was very poor. I messaged Daniel several times for help and his only response was to ask us to look at another room (which was the same) and then after that he ignored my messages. Very disappointing stay, would not recommend.

Very good and local for our needs
Pros:

I paid for a family Suite with 2 bedrooms To discover we had An Unrequested Upgrade To A Single Suite with 1 bed, As A Family We Found this Very Uncomfortable And Had To Call For A Room Change, We Where Given This However Expecred to pay An Extra £20 Surcharge ? This was Unacceptable

Pros:

Check in was difficult as information was not shared before we arrived at the property. This was dealt with quickly but we got a much smaller apartment than what we initially booked. Good facilities in the room.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t very clean lots of dust and dirt in the corners.
