Cleanliness of the hotel
There is no free parking on site and it is difficult to find street parking and then you have to pay $50 for valet parking or in a carpark for $20 that’s a 10 min walk away from your hotel? How inconvenient.
The staff wasn’t the friendliest and cheeriest upon checking in either and there was no microwave in the room to heat up my food. So I was inclined to order food because of this.

Low hot water on the Saturday morning when having a shower.
Breakfast we loved with lots of variety and everything was in walking distance. Very tasteful decor and everything was comfortable.
Everything was great. We went to visit our son and we had drinks upstairs and breakfast and the staff were lovely.

The locality and the staff.

On line it says if u book from 1st April till august 2026 u get a complimentary breakfast when I called reception they had no idea about this and even asked the manager. They declined it regardless of bring told this is false advertising

Great location, super comfy bed and very modern interiors.
The smoke alarm and something else on the roof flashed all night, and there was a light on the air conditioning panel that would come on, stay on for a little while then go off and again this happened all night. It was quite bright when we had the curtains pulled. It woke me up a few times which was disappointing as the bed was so comfy I thought I would have an amazing nights sleep . My husband mentioned it to the lady who we checked out with but she wasn’t interested.
