Their wasn't a good selection of chocolate snacks in the mini bar.

Beautifully renovated, comfortable beds, stylish upmarket hotel, great location for my needs.
No onsite gym, restaurants were closed during my stay, didn't advertise the parking fee which added about 25pct onto the the room rate.
Very luxurious vibe. Very clean property, room and facilities. Room service was phenomenal. Front desk service also phenomenal.
Nothing to do with the property itself but externally there isn’t much street parking available for those unable to find a park or those that don’t want to use the hotel valet
This hotel used to be good as I've stayed there over 30 times in the last 3 years, however I can see something changed either management or owner , the bathroom absolutely filthy I've collected over 14 long hairs in my shower and the bathroom, carpets dirty and hair everywhere.
Also I've ordered room service as usually great , instead fried rosemary potatoes I've received boiled potatoes with not even rosemary on it.
It's shame I've experienced this twice in two weeks.
Hopefully something can be done soon.

The staff were so Incredibly nice and welcoming especially Hamish Charlie and Josh nothing was too much trouble loved every moment of our stay ❤️ Also the valet parking was absolutley awesome 👌
A price list in for the mini bar in the room would be good to have
