The bed was comfortable
My room was an ‘accessible’ room, I lifted the bench in bathroom/shower and it was absolutely filthy underneath. Covered in mould and slime, it obviously had not been cleaned/scrubbed in many months. I found this quite disturbing and made me concerned about the cleanliness of all the other surfaces.
The is a simple step to add to the cleaners checklist. It’s odd though that a customer needs to tell you this.
Also the parking charge of $50/ngt is ridiculously over priced, almost price gouging your customers.
Car parking not on site when I arrived had to walk in dark late at night

Excellent location and genuinely good value. The view from the level 9 bar and eatery is superb, and the staff were professional throughout. Happy to recommend.
The toilet stops flushing late at night, I'm not sure whether this is a permanent thing or saving the environment.
The room itself was nice. It was really clean, modern and stylish. The building was unique, friendly staff and comfy bed.
We stayed in the Superior King Room with "park views" but really it was just a view of the street/a building, not what i was hoping for. There are extra costs for parking and getting a window seat at the resturant on top of the high price. The TV basically just had free to air and no shows or movies that were new or even good.

Don’t like the fact they charged $50 per night for parking. Feel at the price we paid for accommodation that parking should have been included.
