Highly recommended!
Pros:

My family loved our accommodation! It was very clean and had everything we needed, including utensils, a rice cooker, pots, and pans. The location was very convenient—close to convenience stores, the train station, the bus stop, and plenty of restaurants and food shops.

We also appreciated the luggage rack, which allowed us to leave our bags before check-in. That made our arrival much easier.

We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit. I’ve already recommended this place to my coworkers, friends, and family. Highly recommended!

Pros:

部屋が広く、食器類も多くて使い勝手が良かったです。タオルもたくさん、お風呂も自動湯沸かし機能ありで便利でした。

Cons:

回収作業を簡略化するためでしょうが、ゴミ箱がリビングに一つだったので洗面所やキッチンを使った際は困りました。また、スリッパはあるものの靴を置くのは難しくまごつきました。
駐車場は近隣にコインパーキングがありましたが、値段がまちまちでわかりづらく停めづらかったです。下調べしてからいかれることをお勧めします。

Nice and clean. Convenient to supermarkets and eating places

Cons:

No fresh towels daily. Stayed for 4 nights and did not receive any room service or fresh towels for that stay of a stay.

For the price minn kasai exceeded my expectations the room was nice and well equipped
Pros:

The location was great had an easy commute into Tokyo center. Easy access to a variety of different restaurants and shops in the area.

Cons:

The bins in the room were a little small so if you are making lots of trips to convenience stores to try snacks you would run out if space pretty quickly

Cons:

The rooms are exceptionally small and would bring a misfit for more than 2 people. Consider it for overnight sleeping.
