The location, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotlessly clean with great aircon and en suite bathrooms that were very cool. The gardens between the rooms was shady and beautiful. Cannot fault on any level.

Cons:

Decent place for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Location is good. Easy access to the beach. Cosy room.

Cons:

Limited parking spot. Music from nearby hotels/bar and horning cars on the street especially in the night makes it difficult to get a good night sleep. Breakfast can be improved.

Das Frühstück war lecker, das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Better waren bequem und gut mit Mosquitonetz ausgestattet. Die Dusche war angenehm, jedoch kein starker Druck.

Cons:

Viele Mosquitos, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts. Ich glaube aber das Lag an der Zeit und das Hotelpersonal hat uns extra Spiralen zum anzünden gegen Mosquitos gegeben. Jedoch wäre es vorteilhaft, wenn es auch etwas draussen zum frühstücken gibt.

It was the worst stay ive ever been in! There was a gap on top of the front door big enough for moskitos and beatles and other bugs to come in! The bathrooms roof had to big giants openings for bugs to get in as well. I got bit about 8 times and has two sleepless nights do to bugs and terrible electricity quality so bad that the fans stopped working middle of the night causing us to wake up due to the heat.

El lugar esta súper austero, no tenía clima, solo ventilador, había mil insectos en las habitaciones pegados en las redes que cubren las camas, que estaría padre pudieran lavar, los baños huelen mal porque no tienen sistema para evitar que se regrese el olor de las tuberías. El día que llegamos nadie nos abría porque no hay servicio de desk front, la persona de limpieza ya estaba dormida y de milagro nos alcanzó a oír. Nunca hubo agua caliente en la regadera. Para colmo el segundo día de estancia se les fue el agua y la luz, mis hijas se quedaron enjabonadas y el hotel no tuvo forma de arreglar el problema, ya que todo funciona con celdas solares y ese día se dañaron, estuvimos sin agua y sin luz por horas. Por último ofrecen desayuno incluido pero pedimos unos huevos para pagarlos extras y no tenían suficientes insumos, todo súper extra limitado. Nos fuimos al día siguiente, muy mala experiencia 😩

This is a little paradise in the craziness of the hotel district of Tulum. The staff are amazing - so kind, so helpful and willing to go the extra mile in countless ways. The hotel is filled with fantastic little details. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really cool.

An expensive place overall like everywhere in Tulum
Pros:

The environment is cool. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast is more than enough. With scrambled egg and some mixed fruit salad.

Cons:

You are not on the beach side. So you need to pass through another property(hotel/restaurant). Because of nature, we had a small scorpion in our room and a lot of mosquitos of course. Be ready for everything.

Charming place. Feels like in the jungle. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Rooms were hot with only fan. One bed had some dead bugs in it when opening the sheets. A lot of mosquitos but that was all over Tulum (August).
