Pros:

Hotel Sails offered comfortable beds, a nice seating area and a kitchenette. It also provided a washing machine. It was a good place to stay for the price. It would be great for a group of friends.

Great stay at Sails
Pros:

Nicely located in the heart of Asakusa. Staff were beyond amazing and accommodating including helping line up baseball tickets and luggage transfer.
Much appreciated.

Cons:

Nothing the place is great for families to stay at. It’s a true 700m to the subway but we never minded.

This hotel makes me want to go back to Japan
Pros:

Stayed here for 4 nights with my Mom and brother. Having 3 separate beds (in the room we booked) is AMAZING for a traveling party of 3. I really loved how the location was not right in the major busy/touristy parts of Tokyo, however it was in a local area with fantastic food and outing options. Iriya station is about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, and there is a bus station right across the street that can take you to other various locations around Asakusa. Shinjuku and Shibuya took around 30-45 minutes to get to from Iriya station, and Tokyo Skytree is about a 15-20 minute bus ride (with many other things to do in the area as well). The staff were SO FRIENDLY! It was literally the friendliest hotel I've ever been to. The amenities in your room are fantastic. You get a little electric stove, kitchen sink area, washer/dryer, and more. There were a lot of things you could check out from downstairs as well, if you need. They even provide you with detergent. It was so nice to be able to pack light and do laundry in the room. There's a couple of little grocery stores nearby as well, so we bought breakfast items to cook in the room and it worked out perfectly. The staff let us check in an hour before check-in time, and held our bags for the morning/afternoon on our last day before leaving for the airport.

Cons:

Genuinely, I think the only thing we noticed is that the dryer did take a while to actually dry your clothes, even after cleaning out the lint filter. Not sure if it was just us, but it took 2 90 minute cycles to completely dry them. Other than that though, this room was literally perfect. If you do have any issues or needs at all, the staff really go above and beyond to help you out!

Pros:

Hice una reserva para dos días primero, y luego otra reserva para tres días más. Aunque hubo diferencia de precio, pensé sería por fin de semana o mercadotecnia. El primer cuarto mas economico era muy pequeño para tres personas. El segundo cuarto más grande y más costoso estuvo muy comodo El staff muy servicial. No hubo ruido, así que muy cómodo.Siempre hay taxis a unos pasos.

Cons:

El lobby muy pequeño, un área muy pequeña para esperar fuera del cuarto.

Noce, would recommend if they change the beds
Pros:

Personnel accueillant, au calme, pas loin du metro, grand avec un espace salon et cuisine ( petit mais suffisant pour un court séjour). Propre
Welcoming staff, quiet space, next to a subway station, living room and kitchen space ( small but enough for a small stay). Clean

Cons:

Les lits et coussins n'etaient pas du tout confortable
Bed and pillows weren't comfortable

Feels like home
Pros:

We stayed in this fantastic hotel for 7 days and we absolutely loved! Staff was kind and helpful for everything we needed during our stay. Room had everything we needed, it was clean, comfortable and close to metro station (10 minutes of walk), the neighborhood was quiet. It was more like home to us. Thank you staff and Hotel Sails Asakusa for making our Japan trip fantastic!

我住三人房，麻雀雖小應有盡有，接近地鐵，接近公車，交通方便。附近有兩三家supermarket, 自己稍微煮點東西也很方便。 裡面有洗衣機，烘衣機。這個地方確實很不錯！
