Probably this is what you get for the money but I won't be staying there again.
Pros:

Really basic room but good for the price. Location isn't that good. The bathroom was very basic.

Cons:

The bathroom/shower could've been better. I was expecting better location closer to shops, F & B etc. It wasn't.
