Amazing location with beautilful rooms but over heated
Pros:

Quite a fancy place! Incredible views over the city. Beautiful, secluded place in the mountains surrounded by peaceful and breathtaking forests.
Lovely, spacious room and bathroom. Very clean.
The hotel dinner restaurant and breakfast buffet were EXCELLENT and had some great vegan options.

Cons:

Main problem: it was impossible to turn the heat down in our room. The minimum was purportedly 19 degrees C (which is already too limiting in my opinion) but it couldnt even get that low and couldn't be turned off. It was a faulty heating system which meant it was also boiling and therefore very uncomfortablw to sleep. The coolest we managed to get the room was about 22 degrees if we left the balcony door open at night; far too hot to sleep. So this was an awful situation.
They offered to swap our room but it would have been a downgrade and would have meant we would have to pack up all our bags etc- super annoying. So we slept terribly both nights because of the over-heating.
They only had liquid soap so lucky we brought our own bar of soap.
No towel drying racks unfortunately.

Das Hotel ist ein perfekter Ausgleich zum Seninar-Tag.
Pros:

Absolut traumhafter Blick. Die Sauna ist toll. Das Bett war extrem bequem. Es war wirklich toll und ich zum Glück noch vielfach wiederkommen.

Zum Wohlfühlen!
Pros:

Meine Tochter (4) und ich haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen! Das Personal ist super freundlich, das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Das Frühstück ist für Kinder bis 6 Jahre sogar kostenlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
