Mountain view of Heidelberg
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. Everything worked as intended and no problem with parking. The view of Heidelberg was beautiful. Safe did not work on arrival but was quickly rectified.

Cons:

Expected the restaurant in a 4 star hotel to be better. We stayed at the hotel because it would be a different experience. I would not stay again as although we got the experience it is not as pracital as a hotel in the city. The last train up the mountain left at 7pm so not possible to eat in the city. The queue to travel back up to the hotel in the afternoon was around 1.5 hours. Cost of return ticket which includes castle entry was 12 euro which is reduced from 17 euros for hotel guests.

War ein schöner Aufenthalt. Würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Sans hésiter je reviendrai tant tout était parfait
Pros:

Accueil parfait avec le sourire et des très bons conseils comme le funiculaire que j'ai découvert.
Chambre au top avec une superbe vue !
Rien à dire sur le repas du soir parfait aussi.
Petit déjeuner en buffet pour tous les goûts et de très bonne qualité comme tout le reste
Malgré que je ne sais pas beaucoup parler Allemand j'ai réussi à me faire comprendre

Bijzonder locatie
Pros:

Geweldige locatie, heel leuk om vandaar met treintje naar de altstad te gaan.

Cons:

Hotelbar was dicht ivm personeelsgebrek. Terwijl ze mooi terras hebben met prachtig uitzicht. We mochten buiten een drankje kopen en toch gebruik maken van het terras, dat was fijn.

Great hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, had a valley view room which was fantastic. Spotless hotel, food was great, staff couldn't do enough for you. You think the hotel is miles away from anywhere but with the railway next door you are 10 mins away from the center of Heidelberg.

Fantastischer Blick, toller Service und sehr schöne Zimmer!
Pros:

ALLES! Vor allem die Auszubildende am Empfang war Ultra freundlich und nett. Alle ingesamt aber wirklich sehr zuvorkommend, dieser Besuch bleibt sehr positiv in Erinnerung.
