Sehr schön mit kleinem haken
Pros:

Teilweise super Aussicht

Cons:

Die Aussicht ist Super jedoch sollte man dabei beachten das ein großer Baum die Aussicht (im sommer mehr als im winter) hindert sowie es den ganzen tag hinter dem Hotel sehr voll und laut ist da es ein aussichtspunkt ist.

Excellent location! Easy free parking! Easy journey down to the sights! Great value for money!
Pros:

Excellent value for money in terms of the room, hotel quality and location. Getting on the funicular train at the hotel and going down to the castle ruin, well worth a look, and then Heidelberg old town itself was a great experience and reasonably priced. Good restaurant with great views onsite. Cafe, ice cream stall and a lovely night-time view - all brilliant. There is 2 level parking at the hotel itself at a cost but the extensive parking adjacent to the hotel was free at all times. No need to park onsite at all. Value for money and location - fantastic.

Cons:

Breakfast was over-priced in my view. You'd have to consume a lot of breakfast to make it worth the fixed cost per person. I'm not a breakfast person and so I wish I'd not paid for it but I wouldn't mark the hotel down for this - just a mistake on my part really. That's my only criticism.

Entwicklungspotential vorhanden
Pros:

Grosses Zimmer und Bad.

Cons:

Die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer mit dem Namen "Panorama Suite" war durch einen Baum verdeckt.

Willkommenskuktur geht auch herzlicher. Man fühlte sich an der Rezeption ein wenig wie auf einem Amt.

Beautiful view, but not worth the hassles
Pros:

We choose city view room and that was beautiful in the morning and at night.

Cons:

- Rooms where full of bugs
- Phone in the rooms was not working so calling reception was not possible
- Staff was not accommodating at all also no smile or hospitality
- Nothing about the hotel was explained, not how to get in at night, the times of the restaurant or any other things that where important
- Train that goes up and down the mountain return costs 11 euro per person (uber was around 20 for 4 people), you can only use the ticket once up and once going down.
- The last train coming up the mountain comes around 7pm the bus also stops at around the same time, that means taking your own car or calling taxi/uber.

War ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht, das war toll. Das Frühstück war super, Riesenauswahl, ganz viel mediterane Sachen, wir waren begeistert. Sogar Sekt gab es im Kühler, konnten wir schon beim Frühstück auf den Geburtstag meines Mann anstoßen. Der Hund durfte auch mit in den Frühstücksraum, fanden wir sehr gut, weil wir sie nicht gern alleine im Zimmer lassen.

Cons:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Pros:

Unglaubliche Lage über Heidelberg, bis zum frühen Nachmittag kann man direkt vom Hotel mit der Bergbahn ins Tal fahren, schöne Terrasse mit tollem Blick und super Essen.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, nur eine Lüftung, bei normalen Temperaturen aber wahrscheinlich ausreichend, 30°C + ist einfach zu viel. Die Parkgarage sollte kostenfrei sein.

Schöne Mini-Auszeit
Pros:

Sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer. Freundliches Personal, sehr hundefreundlich, gute Küche.

Cons:

Leider war es nicht möglich, ein Zimmer mit Balkon zu reservieren, diese bekommt man nur auf gut Glück.
