Clean , good breakfast.
Overpriced. No net in the window no privacy if curtain open very overlooked by property opposite. Room very small . Hard bed .

The staff at the front desk are very helpful and always do their best to resolve any issues. The bar staff are excellent I think all in all they all go that extra mile.
Room layout was not very good as no internal windows in the lounge as as there were no nets curtains in the bedroom we had to keep curtains closed as an office block opposite, felt like a mole the entire time we were there. Bar and restaurant food good but staff and service was very poor. Had to wait 2 hours for them to clean away food from table even though the bar was empty. Restaurant food was exellent but again service was very poor. Ordered an £90 bottle of wine which was not poured and no water ofered. Service was very waetherspoons.
No provacy from office block opposite in the bedroom and no windows in the lounge and had to keep all of the main lights on.

the gym had no windows and the treadmils were staring at a wall. at the very least they shoudl ahve hasd a mirror.
