Upham Beach Inn

The place was shut down… didn’t even stay there. Was not contacted about them being shut down.

Wasn’t open

Never received door code. Could not get in contact with anyone for door code. Customer service was horrible. No return phone call. A completely horrible experience

I reserved a room and when i got to the property it was closed. I was stranded with nowhere to stay. No one answered the phone and all the lights were off.

Everything you need-perfect get away within a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Property is spotless and well maintained with a heated pool and cabana as well as sun beds and umbrellas. Guest laundry on site and a great beach bar next door that does breakfast/lunch etc.

The property was nice and quiet but it needed a bit more deep cleaning they should add a standing mirror there was only one in the bathroom

We fell in love with this small property. Our room was tidy and ready for our arrival. The common areas are kept clean. This is a great option for families looking for some peace, quiet, sun, pool, beach and beautiful sunsets. We'll definitely hope to come back.

We had a great stay here. Close to beach, I appreciated having amenities such as beach chairs and towels, the had a cart where we could put it all in. We will be back.

We were not pleased with our stay, they placed us in the wrong room and refused to doing anything to correct the issue. I specifically booked a room with 2 BEDS and we were placed in a room with 1 bed and a couch. When I contacted the property manager about the error I was told that it was Expedia's fault and there's nothing they could do. He said we could leave if we wanted and we'd be offered a partial refund?!! Absolutely ridiculous
Also, the AC unit in the bedroom did not work so it was freezing in the main room and hot as hell in the bedroom. Although the hotel location is good, I can't recommend staying here.

Its clean,its quiet,and convenient what more do we need

Good stay, wish they'd offer late checkout, feels like our time was cut short considering what was paid.

The property is nice, convienant, with easy parking. It wasn't cleaned well, and there are things that haven't been cleaned in a long time. The mattress in the unit we were in, was horrible on one side. It has a huge depression in it.

Main thing to know is that I would return.

Excellent location! Easy access to beach (10 min walk). We loved just hanging out at the pool. Great clean rooms. Much better than the huge hotels.

Excellent property! Rooms are renovated, and exceptionally clean. Love the boxes of complimentary beach supplies outside of each room. Hidden gem in St. Pete Beach! Would absolutely stay here again.

very clean easy check-in by text and all the items you need in the kitchen would go back without a doubt.
