The staff behaviour and attitude. No empathy towards any queries. No willingness to help.
Even after paying for a day extra...they came knocking to remind that our checkout time has approached.
The staff don't speak English or Telugu. Not at all customer friendly. Would not recommend for families.

Location and room space is good.
Staff response is too blant. I stayed for two nights and requested for room cleaning and towel change, but it was not done. Even water bottle I had to take next day and explain and take it without being charged.
If you are planning to start early, have to miss breakfast. No options are provided and no fast serving is available. Sometimes breakfast reaches you by 9 AM.
Good location near to safari park, room and bathroom was clean with all facilities. breakfast was good and tasty. check in and checkout was smooth.

Booking was confirmed on Booking.com. when I arrived they had cancelled it because the price was too low and they gave our room to a higher paying customer. Completely greedy, unprofessional, and rude. Also, the hotel is under a car park on a busy and noisy highway, so it is not good anyway. We found a nicer and cheaper hotel 1 block away. The manager should be spoken to.
Nothing, it’s just easily accessible
I had an uncomfortable stay as The maintenance is poor, there were power cuts , water wouldn’t run in the bathroom, WiFi is poor it was troublesome as I was working remotely.
The location was great, there is a botanical garden nearby, and Lepakshi and Hi-Tech City are just a couple of kilometers away. You get a decent breakfast. Transport isn't bad.
I was asked to wait a few hours before getting the room. After I entered the room it was stinking with a sweaty smell and even the washroom was not cleaned. I had to wait for an hour before the room was sprayed with room fresheners. Also, this place isn't cheap for a small room like that. The cleanliness is questionable.
The stay was pleasant and the interior lighting and all fixtures were working properly and all facilities were available. The room & washroom was neat, clean & hygienic.
Very cozy rooms, cleanliness and hygiene was maintained. Food was quick and served hot.
